The ordering process went very smoothly, but unfortunately, I’m still waiting for the delivery. It was supposed to take 2–3 business days, but it’s already been nearly two weeks. NO ONE IS REPLYING TO EMAILS! I think I’ve lost my money. NEVER AGAIN...

The ordering process was pleasant and the delivery was prompt. I was initially very pleased with my experience.

Unfortunately, I received an incorrect item and contacted customer service to resolve the issue and I have not received any response.

Scam! Items never arrived also no tracking number. Avoid

Absolutnie nie polecam. Próba złożenia zamówienia na tej stronie skończyła się pobraniem ode mnie pieniędzy sześć razy za jedno zamówienie.

Pięciokrotnie próbowałam zapłacić kartą i za każdym razem system wyświetlał komunikat, że płatność nie została zaakceptowana oraz że transakcja nie mogła zostać zrealizowana. W związku z tym skorzystałam z PayPal i dopiero ta płatność przeszła poprawnie.

Ku mojemu szokowi okazało się później, że mimo komunikatów o błędzie firma i tak pobrała środki z mojego konta pięć dodatkowych razy po 28,85 GBP każda. Łącznie bezprawnie pobrano ode mnie 144,25 GBP za transakcje, które według ich własnego systemu miały nie zostać zrealizowane.

Najgorsze jest jednak to, że nikt nawet nie skontaktował się ze mną w tej sprawie ani nie poinformował o błędzie. Gdybym sama tego nie zauważyła, pieniądze prawdopodobnie nigdy nie zostałyby zwrócone.

Sprawa została zgłoszona do banku. Bardzo nieprofesjonalna obsługa i kompletny brak kontroli nad systemem płatności.

Item not received, no communication whatsoever from the seller, no tracking details for package. This website is a Polish pharmacy online , after a second look through the website I have noticed so many mistakes and misspellings. I will never order again from them.I have requested refund and hoping it will happen asap.

Order items for 100£ and never received anything. They replied to my email after two weeks to ask me if I got my parcel. Requested refund but no replay !

Zamówiłam przeciwgorączkowe krople dla niemowlaka. Zamówienie otrzymałam 27/04 a data ważności leku do maja. Unikać szerokim łukiem. Zero odpowiedzi na maile, kontakt niemożliwy. Złodzieje i oszuści. Pierwsze zamówienie zostało zignorowane, przynajmniej nie pobrano pieniędzy. Skusiłam się zamówić po raz kolejny ponieważ jako jedyni mieli na stanie potrzebny lek. Niestety towar bezużyteczny bo przeterminowany.

Not treating customers seriously to put simple, they act like it's a side quest or part time job for them, whereas they fulfil orders as they please... They tell customers one thing on their website, then customer places the order, only then to be told that they need to check the stock before confirming the order - why don't they keep track of their items, so they or their website knows if something is in or out of stock? On their website it says orders placed before noon are sent the same day - impossible to achieve! Let me tell you why - the most often used form of online payment everywhere is pay by card, yet they tell you to wait for message with payment link. I received one 8 hours after placing the order. Paid right away, but due to such delay from them, it was already hours past noon. Next day nothing, order status said it still awaits payment. Messaged them in the evening asking if they sent my order, they replied they'll send tomorrow. Still no update whether they sent it or not. Joke, not a company. Will never shop here again for sure.

Złodzieje, ukradli pieniądze i nie wysłali lekarstwa które moje biedne dziecko potrzebuje. Bede zgłaszać się do mojego banku o zwrot pieniędzy. Nie kupujcie od tych złodzieji

Od miesiąca słyszę ze zamówienie będzie za 3 dni.. Dziś wysłała maila i znowu dowiedziałam się że będzie za 3 dni. Nie polecam. Nie wiem. Kto tam pracuje i jakim ta stona jeszcze funkcjonuje. Omijac szerokim łukiem!!!!

Is not bad apteka, but definitely is not what i expected as first time buyer. Even do a part of my order was missing, i received all what I ordered on additional free charge delivery.
Contact by email was quick and easy.

I've ordered couple of things 11/01/2026, still i didn't get anything, when i ask by email I've got answer, i should go to local depot to ask about my parcel...zero help from their side (btw i went to local depot but nothing was there)
I wrote couple of more emails but they didn't answer any more. Fake company! Don't order from them! I definitely don't recommend them, I'm going to repot them to Trading Standards if I don't get money back now!

Very disapointed! I placed my order on the 21st of January 2026 and you don’t pay straight away, as they need to check the stock first. I received and email saying the product is in stock, so I paid on the 22nd of January and received an information later to say the order was on its way. On the 30th I contacted Apteka online to say I didn’t get my order and got the reply on the same day sending their apologies and saying that there was a delay and my order is on its way this time. I thought fair enough those things can happen from time to time but on the 5th of February I emailed them again to say I still didn’t get my order so I want my money back. I’m still waiting for my reply. It is now 15 days passed since I paid for my order and still don’t have information whether I would get it or get my money back. Don’t order from this place if you want to wait for over two weeks, or even perhaps not get your order at all.

Apteka, o dziwo wysłała zamówienie ale nie kompletne. Brakowało 2 opakowań opłaconych i potrzebnych tabletek dla KOBIETY W CIĄŻY!!! Odpowiedzi z ich strony brak. Mimo wysłania kilku wiadomości mailowych. NIE POLECAM, NIGDY WIĘCEJ !!!!!!! Istnieje wiele innych Polskich Aptek, które są rzetelne i uczciwe!

Great range of products, good prices, and fantastic customer service! Had an issue with an order that was paid for but never arrived, so I reached out and they resolved it within an hour. The replacement turned up the very next day. I’m only taking off one star because of the misleading “free delivery over £50” claim.
