We have been with April King for a few…
We have been with April King for a few years now and have no issues with dealing with our Wills and recent codicil. Harrison and Taha have been very clear with information and answering questions. We would have preferred it if there had been a local office in our area but as everything nowadays is via text/ email it is not a great problem.

I was given a great review by my Father…
I was given a great review by my Father in Law for April King so decided to use them to write out wills and also our power of attorney, the process was very quick and easy and all staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Appalling support team
The members of the support team that I have had the misfortune to deal with are some of the most inept that I have ever experienced. They do not deal with requests in a timely manner, you have to chase them again and again. I have today spoken to Sarah from the support team and I am appalled at her attitude. She was rude, offered no apology for the error that she admitted had been made by her team. She offered this advice “there’s nothing we can do, we’ll just have wait now as it is with Royal Mail”. So a fingers crossed approach to the delivery of your personal documents is their policy. These are people that are allegedly trained to deal with and “support” people that are recently bereaved. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal advice.

April King, through Taaha Ahmed, provided a well-explained, straightforward and sensitive solution to what seemed to my wife and I a complex issue. After just a few short sessions, in which requirements were specified and options provided, we were presented with a set of accurate and understandable documents which gave us the confidence and security we needed in completing our wills and associated issues.

We as a family have been very pleased with April king and would throughly recommend them for their services. We were particularly impressed with Taaha as he was very knowledgeable and thorough, he explained everything until we understood, and he was always there as a point of contact making our experience a much more pleasurable one.

Exemplary service
My parents and I received exemplary service from Harrison Wylie in the course of a recent legal matter we needed help with. He gave clear advice and made sure we understood it. Prompt responses and timely appointments when we needed them. Only negative and I am not going to remove a star for it, is there have been mispellings of names in legal documents this time and on previous dealings, but minor issue in the scheme of things as they did sort it out quickly.
