Amazing People!!

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-90 from Approval Genie. Overall, I’m happy with the vehicle itself, and I appreciate the effort that went into getting everything finalized.

However, the communication throughout the delivery process could have been better. There were multiple occasions where I was given a delivery date, only to be informed the following day that the vehicle had not yet arrived. While I understand that delays can happen due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, clearer and more consistent updates would have made the experience much smoother and less frustrating.

That said, I’m satisfied with the final outcome and the vehicle I received. With improved communication and more accurate timelines, the overall customer experience would be excellent. For that reason, I’m giving 4 stars.

Today, is my lucky day. For only one week I was able to be approved for a car finance . Although, my score was not good at all.

They sold me a car through financing. On the first day it was delivered the tire was leaking air and needed to be replaced. Within the first month the SV transmission blew, so I told them I wasn't happy with this car and to pick it up. It was supposed to be fixed under warranty and sold, charging me for any losses. They charged me for the full $20,000 for car and are able to sell it to another buyer.

I had been told “no” so many times because my credit isn’t the greatest, so I went in honestly not expecting much. I never thought I’d be able to get a vehicle under my own name without a co-signer, but I still decided to give it a try.

That’s when I met Harry at Approval Genie (Scarborough location) and he completely proved me wrong. I don’t know how he did it, but he made what felt impossible actually happen. This is my third vehicle, but the difference this time is huge, it’s finally under my name, no co-signer needed.

If I could give Harry all my hugs as a thank you, I honestly wouldn’t have any left, because that’s how grateful I am. He is a hard worker, truly great at what he does, and someone who actually cares about helping people move forward.

They will always have me as a customer, and I will 100% refer anyone who needs help getting approved straight to Harry. If you’re feeling discouraged or think it can’t be done, go see Harry. He really does change lives.
