Called just before closing on Wednesday and my oven was repaired by lunch time on Thursday, I doubt anyone could have done better and for a reasonable price. The chap that came to do the repair was very professional.

Rob the engineer was polite & curtious as soon as I opened the front door, repaired the washing machine in minutes, explained what the problem was and why it occurred, definitely use again

Although Rob was unable to repair my machine because the part needed would have been uneconomical he could not have been more thorough or helpful. He took time to check every aspect of the machine before showing me the cost of the repair. A truly honest tradesman and really personable. As a disabled person it can be scary having new people come into the home but Rob could not have been friendlier! I have his number now saved in my phone to repair any of my big appliances and will definitely use his services again. Although hopefully we won’t be seeing each other again too soon :-)

Rob, who came to repair my dishwasher, telephoned in advance to let me know he was coming, kindly agreed to wear a mask (because of my health conditions), was polite, smartly turned out, treated my property and me with respect and repaired my dishwasher in good time in and with great care. He was also a thoroughly nice person and I am sure his family are very proud of him.

Great service from an engineer called Rob. Less than 24 hours after I booked the appointment the problem was resolved. I received a phone call to confirm the booking within 20 minutes of completing the online booking request. Brilliant service.

Rob came within 20 minutes. Took apart my washing machine and found no faults. Traced fault to an electrical fault in house. And did all that for the standard call out charge! Could not recommend enough.
