The engineer was efficient- discovered fault quickly and carried out the repair promptly. The engineer was also helpful and very pleasant.Based on my experience I would be very happy to use this company in future.

Prompt response, Rob kept in touch to advise of arrival time diagnosed the fault with our integrated dishwasher quickly, rectified the fault and reinstalled the machine. He was polite, and professional throughout his visit and I would certainly recommend and would use again for any kitchen appliance.

Clean and did the work very quickly

Rob contacted me immediately the morning after I put in a visit request and arranged to come and see me the same day after discussing the general issues I was seeing with my oven. He confirmed when he was 30 minutes away and was able to identify the issue within 10 minutes of arrival. He fixed the issue within 30 minutes without the need for extra parts etc. It’s such a relief to have a tradesperson/engineer who knows what they are doing and didn’t exaggerate the issue. Trustworthy and professional. Knows his stuff!!

After spinning a very unbalanced load (the washing machine actually moved a couple of feet), spinning the drum sounded like there was something metallic & loose inside. Logged call at lunchtime, engineer called within 30 minutes & was able to come an hour later.
Analysed the problem & was able to sort without requiring spare parts. The heater had sprung loose & he was able to refit it.
Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Completed the repair, gave advice on how to avoid the problem in future & left the laundry looking like it had just been fitted. Excellent service.

Leton is a real find - trustworthy, pleasant, reliable and determined to see a job through no matter how challenging. He sorted out our dishwasher which wasn’t cleaning properly- turns out the water pipes were nibbled! It was tricky to replace the pipes but he managed it and thoroughly checked over the appliance and made sure it was running fine before leaving. I’ve no hesitation in recommending him.
