Hi! Thanks for your concern.

The information in our post is based on Apple’s official announcement, which you can verify here:

This is published directly on the official Apple Newsroom by Apple, not a third-party source.

Also to clarify: we are not selling unreleased products. Our page only shares updates and information based on official announcements. Whenever new models become available, they are listed only after they are officially released and available through proper channels.

We always encourage everyone to verify information from official sources, and we appreciate you raising the question. 🙏

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few important points.

First, we do not claim to be an official Apple Store or Apple Inc. entity. Apple does not operate official retail stores in Pakistan, and we are transparent about being an independent reseller of compatible and third-party accessories. This information is clearly mentioned on our website and product listings.

Regarding the charger, we never advertise third-party products as “Apple-manufactured” originals. All items are sold as compatible accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise. If there was any misunderstanding or if you received a defective product, we genuinely apologize.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and offer returns, replacements, or refunds in such cases. Unfortunately, we could not locate any order or support ticket associated with this complaint. We encourage you to contact us directly with your order number so we can resolve this promptly.

Posting claims without first allowing us the opportunity to investigate or assist does not reflect the full picture, but we remain open to resolving this fairly.

Thank you.
