Their service is for good I bought Apple Watch 11 Series it came exactly as I expected

Fake Website, Claims like it is official in Pakistan, But there is no Official store in Pakistan. Everything is copy-paste from official apple site.

Bad Experience, Never recommend

I contacted applepakistan.com.pk regarding an iPhone 17 Pro 512GB listed on their website for Rs. 457,000. I simply pointed out that the price appeared to be incorrect and asked them to update the website so customers would not be misled.

Instead of acknowledging the issue or simply correcting the listing, the customer service representative told me that I should have the "wisdom" to know that an iPhone 17 Pro 512GB could not possibly cost Rs. 457,000.

I explained that regardless of what the actual price should be, the price displayed on the company’s own website is the company’s responsibility, and customers should not be expected to guess whether the information published there is correct.

The attitude I received was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. A customer who politely points out a potential pricing error should not be spoken to this way.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service needs serious improvement, especially when dealing with genuine customer concerns.

Support was helpful. They tried to accommodate me the best they could. Delivery wasn’t express that they charged 1000 for bec all riders were busy… still charged me though

Any business 100% success depends to win customers 100% trust to show the customers that the company is trustworthy.

This company win my trust 100% because I tested them to buy a small cheap but genuine product Mobile phone fast car charger to deliver in Lahore Pakistan and I was given very prompt and rapid service and all details of delivery was uploaded me on the exact time by pictures, location and the address by WhatsApp. Now I 100% trust them as a customer that they deliver 100% original Apple 🍎 products although Apple didn’t launch yet in Pakistan Originally. They don't have a physical office in Pakistan, they made a website similar to apple.com to dodge the Pakistani People in thinking that this is the official website of Apple Pakistan, Apple is not registered in Pakistan and they don't hold a website for specifically for Pakistan.
Neither Apple created separate website for any country.
