Appleband’s customer service was great when I broke the spring pin on my new watch and. Very responsive to my concerns.

Very accommodating, and great understanding

I ordered a Travel Loop Nylon Strap 22 mm. The delivery took some time, and when I finally received the package I noticed that I've ordered a strap with quick fit when I needed quick release. My fault!
I contacted the customer service and they send me a replacement band free of charge. I got very quick response to my e-mails and they really took the customer satisfaction seriously.
I highly recommend this company!

I recently purchased 3 Apple bands. By my error I ordered 2 in the same color When I reached out to Appleband they sent me another band at no cost Great customer service. Would def recommend them

I recently ordered my Apple Watch band and face plate from Appleband. I accidentally selected the wrong size for the face of my watch . The stray replacement was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these products si i reached out to the company to see if i could exchange the face piece. The response was very prompt and they generously offered to replace the face piece at no extra charge and i didn’t have to return the original order. I don’t usually write reviews, but this company has excellent customer service. I ordered a watch band but it did not fit properly. I contacted the customer support and received a response in less than 24 hours. I explained the situation and was told that I could pick another band and keep the original order. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent product and when I had a minor issue, it was sorted out very efficiently to my satisfaction.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size watch cover from Appleband. Contacted them that the one I ordered was too big for my watch. They replied to my email promptly and told me they would send me the proper size at no charge and that I didn’t need to return the wrong one. I would highly recommend Appleband to anyone thinking of ordering from them.
