Very big veriety of bands. Quality is very good. Schipping is not to fast but bands are very good pakked. One of the bands didn’t stand up to my expectations. With no problem they sent a new one without any costs.

Very pleased with Apple Band customer support. I placed an order earlier this afternoon for the but 2 get 1 free band but forgot to add my free band before checking out. I emailed customer support and asked if it was too late to add my free band. Within an hour (FYI it’s a Friday evening now) they replied to asked me what color band I wanted to add to my order 😀 I requested the color I wanted and they replied stating it was added to my order and will be shipped as soon as possible. I am so grateful as to how quickly this process took with their customer support. I’m adding more colors to my collection I have 2 bands I previously ordered a while back. The bands are high quality!

I purchased a multi coloured jewel band that was exactly what I had been looking for… I was very happy with the looks, style and quality of the band. It is beautiful! The problem I had was the fit. It was too tight…
I did not want to return it, I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I emailed C/S and they were prompt in their response.they offered to send me an expander - 3 extra links which will be more than enough.
I have purchased 3 previous watch bands and they have never failed to impress
