We will check your rates demand, effective dates, any transitional relief that may apply and any potential refunds due. In many cases the rateable value is too high and we will examine if it is fair and if necessary appeal the level and conduct all negotiations with the valuation office on your behalf. Since April 2008 empty rates allowance was abolished in most cases. We will advise you how to mitigate any rates on empty properties using our knowledge and extensive experience.

Fantastic and Honest
We as an organisation did our own check. Our rates were reduced by half but still substantially higher than before. We contacted AppealmyratesUK to challenge our business rates. They told us not to proceed with a challenge, they were completely honest and straight forward. They could have simply taken the job and earned some money, instead they looked at all the documents we sent and advised us not to take the matter any further. This was all done free of charge. We would highly recommend this company due to their integrity and honesty.

So so pleased with this company
After reversing my small business rates relief and 5 months of dealing with my council, I was at my wits end. I was a little nervous of dealing with a company in London that I knew nothing about, so far away from my home. But I took a leap of faith & signed the paper & paid them. It is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. They took absolutely everything over and I didn't deal with the council again until I opened the letter saying that the council had reinstated my small business rates relief. Sara in the office was brilliant , she just told me to leave it to them & don't worry. She was right, and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you for all your help.

I am sincerely grateful to Appealmyrates; with a Central London showroom with high business rates, we were thinking of leaving the premises in this tough times due to the high costs. Appealmyrates drastically reduced my rates, got my money back and even managed to apply for a grant. My appeal was rejected initially because I had been taken of off the Small Business Register. I found AppealMyRatesUk on the web. With their knowledge and experience they succeeded in getting us the Covid 19 10k grant when I had just about given up hope of achieving it. Well done to Paul and his team.
