Good platform, but predatory subscription policies!
The platform itself is actually quite good, but their subscription and billing system feels like a total scam. I used the service exactly ONCE and gave my debit card details. I never used it again, yet out of nowhere, they charged my account ₹3,000 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I literally had to block my debit card to stop them from taking more money.

They need to desperately update their policies. If a user isn't actively using the service, or if a payment is due, the system should automatically cancel or suspend the service instead of sneakily accumulating charges on a saved card.

UPDATE: After I persistently fought them on this, they emailed me promising a 100% full refund within 7 business days. I'm giving 2 stars because the platform has potential and they ultimately did the right thing, but the shady billing system needs to be fixed immediately.

If there is a chance, I will rate this website with zero stars. A complete scam. They will not send you a confirmation email that will allow you to log in. You'll just receive charges because you can't cancel your subscription. The cancellation and deletion of your account completely falls under their control. Has anyone filed a complaint against this bogus website? Why are they still operating?

This website is a complete scam.
The AI detection feature costed me 1$ for 3days but the same research paper was given different percentage of AI generated text and human generation text.
The next day they tried to debit 29$ using my debit card details I used on the website for the first payment.
But my goodness I was wary and had set my card limit low as possible after the first transaction.that helped.
I'm scammed and you don't get scammed guy

No le daría ni una estrella, ofrecen una cosa y no entregan nada ... Es un robo; me cobraron 10,00 $ y no me permitió hacer ningún proceso, supuestamente porque no tenía suficientes palabras en mi plan. Tampoco deja cancelar la suscripción y ahora me dice que me van a cobrar 30.00

Canceled the subscription but for some reason they anyway continued it and took my money. Their website AI overall was worst but here it is pure scam. Not recommending in any ways.

It is nothing but a scam. I went for a trial and my account was debited twice after some time without actual subscription.i didnt even use the app for anything. It was a complete fraud.
