A well received and perfect gift well packaged on the gift box.
Unfortunately the medallion had a slight black mark on it.
I sent an email and photos yo the customer service department..
I am pleased to say they responded immediately and sent a replacement within days.
First class and highly recommend service.Taje my word for it! I am very fussy.

Amazing jewelry with exceptional service
The look feel and weight of the bracelet and necklace set is exceptional. Very happy with the purchase. Looks elegant but can be worn casually at the same time. Also their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend their jewelry and service.
