Legalised scam

After I ordered a test, my destination country cancelled the requirement to have a negative covid test to travel there, yet this company refused to refund a test that isn't needed anymore, and certainly not due to my will. Legalised scam, hope it was the last time I have to spend money to travel overseas.

EDIT: their comments are ridiculous, they're trying to take down my review for the second time, with excuses like not finding my on line pseudonym, when I've already sent them my order ref and I've sent plenty of documentation to TrustPilot. No wonder they've 4.6 average rating, despite their cheating practices.

Very clear instructions. I found the instructional video very useful. I took the test at 07.30 and received approval 20 minutes later.
