The service was exceptionally smooth, and the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Medwyn Occupational Health.

The assessment process showed clear bias and appeared to favour the employer’s agenda. I was not allowed to properly express my concerns or discuss the workplace stressors affecting my health. The report misrepresented key facts. Repeated experiences of workplace bullying were minimised as mere "poor communication," and medical recommendations from my GP were dismissed during the consultation.

Despite a detailed formal complaint, the Medical Director rejected all concerns, which only confirmed the lack of impartiality I experienced throughout the assessment process.

The entire experience felt rushed, predetermined, and deeply damaging to my mental health. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking a fair and clinically robust occupational health assessment.

Good doctor practice which always was quick to give appointments, however the new booking system online means elderly people struggle to make appointments themselves and when you get through to reception they are often fairly grumpy. Outside of that all the doctors have always been polite and helpful.

Website promises a certificate within six hours. Twenty four hours after making the online application, we still have not received one even though billing against our credit card happened within seconds of submission.
Tried phoning but no one is there so we can only assume that the service is closed between Christmas and New Year. There is nothing about this on the website.
Now waiting for a refund...

Medwyn Occupational Health could not have been more accomodating and helpful when I needed to get a Covid Test Certificate completed in a short period of time.
Manny made the whole experience simple, efficient and smooth. I couldn;t have asked for more. Excellent.

Quick and speedy live testing, but had to chase for the certificate. They had sent it - however, it had not arrived and they re-sent using a different method. would highly recommend if you need a live antigen test for flying

The test kits arrived the following day. Both my husband and I were able to test at the one consultation. Uploading of our test results was easy and the certificates arrived by email about an hour following the consultation video. The only hiccup was that when we clicked the email video link for our consultation, we waited for 15 minutes for the supervisor to join and then the video cut out without us connecting. Fortunately Medwyn called us by phone straight away and told us to log out and in again, which this time connected us and allowed the supervised test to proceed.

Great customer service from the moment I first called to ask about how they work with antigen tears up until getting my certificate. Even though there were a few hiccups (not their fault), they kept me informed the whole time. Lovely people!

Medwyn provided a very convenient and efficient way for me to get a doctor certified Covid test so that I could claim cancelation costs from my holiday insurance company having contracted Covid just prior to departure. All local testing stations would not allow you to attend if you were already testing positive for Covid
