Hi Paul, Thank you for your review, and I apologise for your wrong order. however, we have replied to you via the email address that was used to complete the purchase on 10/3/25, and we have tried calling your landline number two times, to help you with this matter.
The order that was placed online was for four fabric mini bands, which were sent from our warehouse. If you want to change the order, we are more than happy to help.

Sent out the wrong piece I ordered and…
Sent out the wrong piece I ordered and sent out a totally different piece.
I left a not great review on the first item ,now got to review for the second.
The company called me from my first review and said they would correct my order , but nothing has been resolved , I'm without the item I wanted and got 2 items I don't need as already got them .

Ordered weighted bags on tuesday, arrived friday. Incredibly cheap for the quality, low shipping costs too. Very impressed.
When trying to buy the kit there was a glitch on the website. Spoke to Chloe who took the order over the phone. Really friendly and genuine service.

Outstanding service during a national crisis
The service Absolute Performance provides is faultless.
I usually shop with Amazon because I don’t generally trust smaller sports companies. I’ve been stung by a few (no response to emails, late deliveries, lost parcels, etc). But amidst a pandemic that has virtually shut the country down, Absolute Performance outperformed Amazon.
Look how quickly they acted:
• I sent an email at 5.27pm on Tuesday 24 March 2020 asking if they had Powerblock Adjustable Dumbbells in stock.
• I received a response at 7.05am on Wednesday 25 March confirming they were in stock.
• I placed an order on 25 March with bog-standard delivery.
• The weights arrived the next morning: Thursday 26 March at around 9am!
And throughout our short interaction, their customer service was excellent. They emailed me to keep me informed and responded to every request I made. If they’re so excellent during a crisis, what are they like during normal times?
P.S. I’m not complaining, given the situation we are in re Covid19. But just to emphasise my point, I’m still waiting for the delivery of an Amazon order placed on 21 March.
