Site would work better if the apartment complexes updated their information more often and replied to requests for information

Shadow Mountain Resort in Palm Desert CA is advertising one studio unit with a picture of another COMPLETELY different unit. We drove 364 miles to see the unit and sign a lease. We were shocked when the agent open the door. Never again will use your website to explore apartments or any property.

We were under the impression that your site did a little bit of research before you put units for lease/rent.

Well when I called some apt rentals you guys had the wrong price. Also when it said pet friendly it was not. They turned me away. So I will do it on my own! Sorry but thank you anyways.

Going thru the list was somewhat difficult. It would be nice if there was a comparison option so would see differences. Also I only wanted Council bluffs, IA and it kept on giving me Omaha. I would be looking and thought it was nice only to find out it was in Omaha

It was my first time looking and they were very helpful for me. It gave me a look and many properties that I didn't know anything about. A good start for the novice.

Its a good sight but, put in price range keeps changing.

The website didn't help at all to find an apartment or room.

Apartment guide hasn't helped me in any shape or form find an
apartment ! What's really affordable and practical isn't presented at
all.The selection for 55 and older income based housing is lacking
as well.

Apartment searching with the Apartment Guide was unproductive
and resulted in 0 matches for an apartment.

It simply doesn't represent the reality of the apartments. We needed a short-term, furnished apartment, which none of them turned out to offer. Perhaps if you need a more traditional arrangement it works, but this site was useless for us.

I only wanted to see apartments in Cleveland, for Studios and 1 bedrooms, under $500.00. The filter doesn't allow my preference.

It was really easy searching for Apts on this site. The information is very informative about the details of the Apts & location , walking score, what's close by & etc...

I was surprised to find the number of locations. It was helpful..The problem we had was not getting enough information on the sites..For example : We saw more photos of the landscape than we did the insides of the apartments. We were grateful for the phone #'s. Being able to speak directly was necessary. We would have liked more information re: availability, costs,etc. on the sites.
