They immediately helped me for an issue an my 3d printer. They sended me the new part required totally free.

Quickly identified the problem and offered a replacement part, which was promptly shipped as well. They provided tracking for the part and a video to help with replacement. No complaints.

Suddenly, I noticed problems with the printing. Apparently, the printer collided with the object and ended up detaching it from the bed. That doesn't always happen.
The technical service has been giving me instructions to resolve it in a very quick and attentive manner.
The incident tracking system is impeccable.

Mi si è rotta la cinghia di trazione della testina di stampa su una kobra 3 e, anche se fuori garanzia, mi hanno inviato il pezzo in sostituzione dopo soli 3 giorni

Ancora una volta, a seguito di alcune problematiche che ho riscontrato durante dei test di stampa veramente "stressanti" per la stampante ed in seguito alla rottura di un nozzle ed anche della parte della testa di stampa dove si trova la meccanica dell'estrusore, l'assistenza, in accordo con i tecnici che mi stanno seguendo per effettuare i test, mi h inviato in sostituzione sia una nuova testa completa che anche un nuovo piatto di stampa completo.

Inoltre hanno da pochi giorni rilasciato il nuovo firmware ed un aggiornamento dello Slicer inserendo delle migliorie derivate dalle varie email "tecniche" che ci siamo scambiati.

Sono estremamente soddisfatto della cura che hanno nel seguire e risolvere le problematiche dei loro clienti.

Once again, following some problems that I encountered during some really "stressful" printing tests for the printer and following the breakage of a nozzle and also of the part of the print head where the extruder mechanics are located, the assistance, in agreement with the technicians who are following me to carry out the tests, sent me both a new complete head and a new complete print plate as a replacement.

In addition, a few days ago they released the new firmware and an update of the Slicer by inserting improvements derived from the various "technical" emails that we exchanged.
