Ne pare rău pentru experiența avută. Înțelegem frustrarea atunci când aveți o problemă la comandă și nu reușiți să ajungeți la un agent.
Pentru ca un coleg să poată verifica și rezolva concret situația, vă rugăm să deschideți un tichet din contul dvs. (zona securizată) sau prin formularul de contact de pe site, menționând numărul comenzii și ce anume nu funcționează. Solicitările sunt gestionate de agenți umani, de luni până vineri, între 08:00–17:00, și facem tot posibilul să răspundem cât mai rapid.
Dacă aveți deja un tichet deschis, trimiteți-ne numărul lui aici și vom prioritiza intern cazul pentru un răspuns cât mai prompt.

Very bad experience
⚠️ Very bad experience – DO NOT recommend!
I placed an order on March 13th, and the website showed an estimated delivery time of around 5 days. It has now been over 2 weeks and the order hasn’t even been shipped – there is no clear status, no updates at all.
If you look deeper into their terms and conditions, you find out they actually reserve up to 30 days for delivery, and the “in stock” label is only informative. Basically, what you see on the product page does not reflect reality.
On top of that, they mention a 150 RON cancellation fee, which is completely unreasonable, especially since the order hasn’t even been dispatched.
Communication is poor, information is misleading, and the overall experience is frustrating.
I do NOT recommend buying from this site if you need your order quickly or expect transparency.
Choose a more reliable store instead.

Delivery times can unfortunately vary depending on supplier/transport constraints (network congestion, holidays, unforeseen incidents). Our Terms & Conditions mention a longer maximum timeframe to cover these situations, but we agree that you should still receive clear status updates and tracking information throughout the process.
Regarding the cancellation fee, we can’t validate it from here without checking your specific order (order status, processing stage, and applicable conditions). Our customer service can review this with you and confirm what applies in your case.

The tyres arrived very late. The due time was 17-19 and received them on the 25th.
When I tried to get in touch with someone they dropped me an automatic message and nothing else. Disappointed!
