Customer trap and/or lack of responsibility
The business decision to offer tyres delivery to a service unit, chosen by Anvelopelider, is a total trap! If the tyres or wheels get any kind of defect, due to production or manipulation (the whole chain: producer, courier, delivery service are their responsability), the company does not take responsability and the customer gets to pay or accept it all!

Our partner fitting centers are expected to report any issue at reception or before fitting, and every claim is checked by our agents based on the product condition and the delivery history. We also take feedback about partner service units seriously and use it to improve our network.

Bună ziua,
Sunt extrem de dezamăgit de experiența avută cu societatea dvs.
Am achiziționat anvelope la preț întreg, cu așteptarea firească de a primi un produs prezentat transparent. În realitate, am constatat după livrare că anvelopele au DOT 2024, fără ca această informație să fi fost afișată clar pe pagina produsului. Dacă aș fi cunoscut acest aspect de la început, nu aș fi plasat comanda.
În locul unei soluții corecte, am fost plimbat între mesaje, opțiuni de retur costisitoare și acum solicitarea de a expedia anvelopele în Germania. Consider că modul în care ați ales să gestionați această situație este lipsit de respect față de client.
Din partea mea, încrederea în compania dvs. este complet pierdută. Nu voi mai cumpăra de la dvs. și nu voi recomanda magazinul altor persoan

Ne pare rău să aflăm că experiența dvs. a fost atât de dezamăgitoare.
În ceea ce privește DOT-ul, acesta este indicat pe site atunci când depășește 36 de luni sau în cazul produselor DEMO. Sub acest prag, informația nu este afișată în mod sistematic. Conform reglementărilor aplicabile, un pneu stocat corect își păstrează calitățile, însă înțelegem nemulțumirea dvs. legată de lipsa de transparență percepută.
Deoarece ați contactat deja serviciul post-vânzare, vom solicita prioritizarea internă a reclamației dvs., inclusiv a modului în care a fost gestionată soluția propusă. Vă mulțumim pentru feedback; observațiile dvs. sunt utile pentru a ne îmbunătăți serviciile.

The tyre was dot 0926, so it fresh out of the oven, the delivery was a little bit slow, but they respected they target period so it's all fine. Was the cheapest place where I could find the trail attack 3, so far, they are the best.

Comanda se plasează foarte ușor
Comanda se plasează foarte ușor, site-ul este facil. Plata a decurs in condiții perfecte , livrarea a fost conform specificatiilor... anvelopele au venit infoliate. Daca ar fi sa spun si ceva negativ : ar fi faptul ca in descriere produs nu este specificat anul fabricației. Am recomandat deja site-un si prietenii au si comandat. Au preturi mult mai mici in comparație cu alții.

Am făcut comanda și mă platit doua…
Am făcut comanda și mă platit doua produse. Primul cauciuc a putut fi urmarit și a ajuns foarte repede. Al doilea cauciuc nu a putut fi urmarit iar după o lună, la cererea mea de verificare, am fost anunțat că produsul a fost furat de curier. Apoi am fost anunțat că produsul nu se expediase, comanda a trebuit să fie anulată, am primit banii înapoi și am făcut din nou comanda aceluiași produs deși scumpit. Și a fost livrat conform.

Ne pare sincer rău pentru această experiență și pentru informațiile contradictorii primite pe parcurs. În mod normal, fiecare comandă are un număr de urmărire, iar dacă acesta lipsește sau apar neconcordanțe, situația trebuie verificată rapid împreună cu transportatorul.
Vă mulțumim că ne-ați semnalat cazul și că, în final, ați reușit să primiți produsul după re-comandă. Feedbackul dvs. ne ajută să îmbunătățim comunicarea și modul în care gestionăm astfel de incidente.
Dacă aveți deja un tichet deschis (sau un număr de solicitare), transmiteți-l prin contul dvs. și vom cere prioritizarea internă a verificării, inclusiv pe partea de urmărire/livrare. Front moto tire still not delivered after 19 days
It' been 19 days and my front tire still is not delivered. Only the rear one arrived after 5 days. It's also difficult to cancel an order, you have to "talk" to an AI robot, open a ticket on "My Orders" and wait for some actual person to initiate the procedure.
Later edit: it seems that my adress was written incomplete by the expeditor and the courier was not able to deliver the parcel, since there was no street, street number or phone.
Anvelopelider claimed that if I want a refund, they will still charge me 30 Euro for "incomplete adress", even though I made one purchase, one payment and I wrote one adress for delivery! That's why the rear tire arrived in 5 days.
And now they ask me for scans of electricity/cable bills for proof of adress! What if I wanted the package delivered to a different adress? So I have to pay 30 Euros extra for their mistakes! And now I have to drive for a 2 hour roundtrip outside town to the courier headquorters to retrieve my parcel, eventhough they could update my adress and deliver it to my home!
I will avoid this shop from now on and will warn others. I have proof of conversations, printscreens, reciepts etc.

Since you’ve already opened a ticket, we’re escalating your request internally so it can be prioritized and you can get a clear update (current location, reason for the delay, and the best next step, including cancellation if that’s what you want) as quickly as possible. If you can, please add your order number and any tracking details in the existing ticket so our team can investigate immediately.
We also take your feedback about the cancellation process seriously—this is not the experience we want to provide, and we’ll use your comments to improve it.
