This has been one of my best decisions…

This has been one of my best decisions for my business. I used to miss so many calls but that is no longer a problem. The staff who answer the phone are very professional and never delay my messages!!

good but....

I like the service and my customers don't seem to know that they were talking to an answering service. My only complaints are the charges for callers that are soliciting services and the total billing charges seem a bit high for a startup business. that's the only reason for four stars instead of five stars.

Bad Service - 0 Stars

We engaged their services, but during the few times we checked to ensure everything was functioning correctly, we encountered issues. The agent consistently mispronounced our company name and struggled with the script. Her explanation was that she do not work directly for the company. After receiving multiple complaints from our customers, we verified their concerns about the lack of attention to detail and poor communication.

When I contacted the company to file a complaint, it was ignored. Consequently, I decided to move my business to a company that values my patronage and investment. I cannot recommend this company. Bad business.

Mr. Willis, Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your concern about not pronouncing your company name correctly. Your original account started with us in August 2020, and due to your rebranding, your new account began in January 2024. During this period, we received one complaint regarding your company name on May 23, 2024.

We reviewed that call and responded via ticket number INC1126858. Your answer phrase is quite long and, because of it' length, our CSP stumbled over the answer phrase. We forwarded this to our training team to address with the CSP and informed you of this action. When you set up the new account, you were advised that the answer phrase was too long and could cause issues with correct pronunciation. You agreed to try it out and make adjustments if necessary.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you would to revisit your account with us, please contact our management team at support@answerfirst.com

Service is prompt and they are on top of it. I really appreciate this company's competence. I've used other answering services but none were as easy to set up and competent as them.
