At first I saw their video on TikTok and I was skeptic about it coz trusting was not so easy (I know those whose looking for warehouses in china are also skeptic and might think that this can be a scam) but let me really honest that I’m beyond thankful and satisfied with my decision! The workers are so helpful and always easy to communicate! It’s way cheaper than you think. The costs are not expensive at all and the delivery is on time and within 2 weeks to Germany🫶🏼 and specially their app makes everything more easier and before shipping your products, you’ll get pictures as well to see if everything is correct. I can’t thank the whole team enough!❤️

I was very moved by this shopping experience in Anovabuy. Previously, my package was detained during customs inspection during shipment in China. I thought it would not be recovered. However, their customer service team was very professional and responsible, and had been actively communicating, and finally helped me successfully retrieve the goods!
As an Italian user, I have been using them to purchase Taobao and 1688. This accident showed me their ability to handle problems. The package was repacked and mailed again from China, still very fast. If you need a reliable and responsible international logistics transfer partner, you are definitely the right choice!
