I’ve had a really smooth experience with GTBuy so far, the service is fast, responsive, and the ordering process is quick. I haven't shipped my haul out just yet, but the purchasing stage has been as good as any other agent I’ve used. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because they really need to keep up with the competition and release dedicated apps for both Android and iOS. Once the mobile apps are live, it’ll be a 5-star service for sure!

Good service, fast and reliable

Absolut perfect experience, shipping times to the warehouse were always short, QC pictures had high quality and the customer service was always fast in replying my questions since it was my first ever china order. Shipping to GER was just around 14 days.

This was my first agent that I have ever bought from. I was first skeptical about GTBUY as it was new but still bought from it anyway. The shipping prices were the best out of all the other agents I were deciding about. My package came in 1 week which is pretty fast. This was possibly the best experience I had and I will be ordering from them again.

This is probably one of the worst agents ever. I ordered products from different sellers most have arrived with stains on them. I never had this problem on other agents or with these sellers before. Yes you do have the return option however as I desperately need the items I shipped it as im sure even if I did re order it will come stained again. Never use this agent!
