Bought a dress to wear for my birthday…
Bought a dress to wear for my birthday dinner but it seems the sizing runs small. I chose to exchange it for the size up and posted the original dress back over a week ago. I have not received confirmation of the exchange despite chasing customer services and sending them my proof of postage so not sure what is happening and the dress is not going to come in time either.

Poor Customer Service
Ordered a dress for my fiancée on Thursday 22nd May, she was planning on wearing it at a party the next weekend. We were sent someone else's order and told our order wouldn't be sent until we had sent pics of the wrong order and posted it back to them. Had to chase three times to get a reply after I had sent the wrong order pics. Finally got a return postage link and had the correct package sent on Thursday 5th June, 14 days after I had placed the initial order.
No apology for wasting our time due to their mistake, and no offer of discount or partial refund. Avoid!!!

Lovely Dress, but Communication Could Be Better
The dress I ordered is super cute and fits really well! I pre-ordered it, which all seemed to go smoothly at first, but it ended up being shipped after the due date, so it arrived later than expected. I’d even received an email from the pre-order company saying they’d follow up with Another Girl, which made it feel like the order had been forgotten until they were reminded. That’s fine, but still a bit disappointing.
I checked the website around the time it was due, and the dress was available to order, so I’m not quite sure why mine was delayed. If Another Girl had sent a quick email just to say they were working through pre-orders, I probably would’ve given five stars. The lack of communication from them knocked one off.
That said, the dress itself seems well made, it arrived pretty quickly once it was actually shipped (even though the parcel was oddly open when it got to me), and it looks lovely on.

I recently bought the Martini mesh top and I’m obsessed! The quality is amazing—super soft, with just the right amount of stretch, and it fits like a dream. I love how it’s slightly sheer but still feels luxe, perfect for layering or dressing up for a night out. I wore it for Valentine's Day and got so many compliments!

Cute Clothes
Cute, well made clothes with original designs, my package arrive on time. Unfortunately, I need a different size, and returns/exchanges are too costly due to shipping rates since customers are responsible for the cost of the return. The cost is more than the garment!
I advise paying close attention to the size charts and ask questions before ordering.

I never received the order and when I…
I never received my order due to issues with the import fees (a package of 115€ would cost me €160 in import/export fees to send to Italy). The order was held at the border and then sent back.
Another Girl was very honest and refunded me the cost of my purchase. If I visit the UK I do plan to stop in to a store, as their designs are gorgeous. I only wish there was a way to get them where I live without paying double on fees.

I brought the knitted Lilly dress and it was amazing! It fit perfectly and is true to size. It’s great for dressing up and down! They delivered my dress really quickly and also included a free pair of trousers as a gift as well. Cannot recommend this brand enough and will definitely be buying the Fia floral mesh skirt when it’s back in stock!

I got the jumper with crochet black roses, and the tiger knitted dress. They're really nice quality, lovely soft material and cute designs. They look so nice on and good length on me (5'10"). It was shipped super fast too.
