No to AnnaLore-Dublin via Shopify
annalore-dublin.com they are doing E-commerce without stock via Shopify.
Their add is misleading and there is no specification that the dress is coming from China.
I placed the order on the 5th of Aug and it just arrived today, 25th of Aug, all the way China to Ireland.
The quality of the dress is very poor, they use very cheap and synthetic material 95% poliester and 5% spandex.
The cut of the dress is poor, the dress doesn't look at all like the one that it was advertised (the dress that I ordered online).
They make you believe that they are a company based in Dublin, but surprise: I had to wait 20 days to receive a poor quality dress. My event gone away and the dress did not arrive.
In order for the customer to get a refund, a refund need to be asked for with 14 days from the date you received the product.
The refund is not guaranteed.
They mentioned on their website that they might not approve your refund.
They make you pay postage to deliver the dress back to China using a special delivery and tracking number.
The cost of returning the dress is on the customer, and it is mentioned on their website that the cost is at least €20.
The add that circulates on Facebook these days probably is made using the Artificial Intelligence.
What you see when you order, you won't receive the same product.
They do E-commerce without a stock, and they work with suppliers from far away. That's why you have to wait lots of days to see your order.
I noticed the same add on Facebook but under a different company name, the add was focusing on customers based in Cork this time. Be careful of such scams, to avoid disappointment.
Misleading add, luck of customer service. They don't have a phone number. The only way to contact them is via an email address. They never answer to that email when you ask about your order. When they are 100% sure that the dress will arrive, they will send you an email saying that they apologise for the delay but the delay was caused by their partners and that if the dress doesn't arrive in 3 days, they will issue automatically a 15%discount...discounted you need when you paid 100%? Of course, no discount is given as you will receive the dress within those 3 days. This was my experience and my case.
