Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company, they lie!
I placed an order last Friday lunchtime, and paid £4.99 for next day delivery
The parcel never arrived, so I sent an email on Saturday to advise of this, and to ask where the parcel was.
On Monday, I received a reply stating that as I had placed the order after 4pm, I had missed the cut off, and my parcel would not arrive until Tuesday.
In many circumstances, I would have let this go however this was something I urgently needed for my cat, so.i spoke to customer service who admitted they had had a problem with their carrier, and my order was placed well before the 4pm cut off!
So they lied, probably safe in the knowledge that a lot of people wouldn't query this and request their delivery charge back.
I wouldnt have done, if my cat hadn't been left in discomfort for an extra 3 days.
I understand that problems arise in any business ,
BUT DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

We want to address the concerns you’ve raised and provide some clarity. While we work with a third-party delivery service, we strive to ensure that orders are dispatched and delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the carrier picking up the parcel from our warehouse, which affected both your order and a few others. We understand how critical timing was in your case, and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the confusion about the order cut-off time, we deeply regret any miscommunication you may have received. After reviewing your order, we acknowledge that the error on our part was due to the carrier issue and not related to the cut-off time. We take full responsibility for the delay and any misunderstanding this caused. Rest assured, lying to our customers is not something we condone or practice.

As a gesture of goodwill and to make up for this, we have refunded the £4.99 next-day delivery charge back to your account. You should have already received this refund, and we hope it helps to resolve at least part of the issue.

We understand how vital it is to trust the companies you buy from, and we are sorry if we have caused you to doubt us. Brilliant Allergy Aid tablets

I put my dog on Animigo Allergy Aid about 3 years ago because he kept licking his paws and scratching. I recently ran out and thought I'd wait and see whether he still needed them. Within 3 weeks he'd made bald patches on his paws so I ordered some more. They arrived quickly but he'd actually made a couple of bald patches bleed. After 3 weeks back on the tablets he's virtually stopped licking them. On them for life now!

I haven't start


I haven't started using this product yet but it was recommended to me so hopefully I will be able to recommend to others at some time, my order was promptly delivered on time

Will buy again

Nice products I ordered shampoo and Flea and Tick spray,I was very pleased with the scent,it was strong ..also order came as expected .

Excellent service

Excellent service. Original order arrived quickly however one of the bottles had been broken and leaked oil everywhere. Animigo customer service were lovely and sent a replacement straight away. My cat takes the worming oil without any problems and the flea spray us definitely helping him and smells good.

The flea and tick spray seems good

The flea and tick spray seems good, smells lovely and is easy to use.

The worming liquid came crystallised, not sure where they are storing it, just needed to put it in a bowl of hot water and it is fine, worth knowing for when we are really in winter though. I emailed them and we sorted it out.

Really gave them 3 stars because they use Amazon to deliver which I didn't realise and I don't use anything to do with Amazon. Company and products seem ok, just won't be able to use again due to Amazon connection.

I have updated to 4 stars after the response from Animigo to my review. They have been helpful and I like their products

Cat ended up in vets suspected toxic…

Cat ended up in vets suspected toxic reaction but lucky she's ok now but cost me 500 pounds which I didn't have and relied on my mum who's a pensioner
