Ordered two items that were stated as available on the website

And instead of recieving those items they gave me two other ones that i didnt even order and

If the items i wanted werent available then it should have been stated on the website instead of giving me different stuff.

Fake/Bootleg products, selling them for way more then they would be sold on Wish etc. - often at roughly the prices of the real officially licensed versions which is crazy.

Selling counterfeit items from Alixepress/Wish

Received item I paid £75 for including shipping. Used photos of original figure on website but sends cheap counterfeit items found on Alixepress/Wish for a fraction of the price. Customer services is a joke- offering credit note or discount off next purchase! I would never use them again and would not recommend anyone to! I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. Please reconsider if you are thinking of purchasing! They should not be allowed to continue trading!

Awful can't even phone them number is incorrect, ordered over two weeks ago,no reply from them by email, item finally arrived two weeks late, packed terrible, not using them again

We had a very disappointing experience with this store and would not recommend at all. We ordered a product, and a completely different one arrived. The company refused a refund/exchange and is no longer responding to e-mails which is disappointing. Upon further investigation, we think the product which we received is a fake one, on top of our money lost. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a figure from 'One Punch Man' (Genos) and instead received a completely different character (Saitama). Very difficult communication with the company to get a refund (at the time of writing no refund has been received). On further inspection, the received character also looks to be a replica as it has a very poor finish when it comes to the paint work and quality of the figure as a whole. Furthermore, the box appears fake as the finish, lettering and font is very poor. There is no serial number on the box and no serial number on the character, further suggesting a counterfeit product. Avoid the company at all cost.

Paid for two figures. Took two weeks to get here. The figures are both wrong. No one is replying to my emails. I feel like this is a scam, and I’m terribly disappointed with the service. I’m still waiting for them to reply. I think I’ve just lost my money.

Paid an insane price and got cheap figures from aliexpress and the shop wouldn't let us refund.

Absolute scam website

My partner paid £180 for a particular figure that took weeks to be delivered. What he received was utterly unacceptable. Not only was the item nothing like the one picture on their website, it was broken in multiple places.

Customer service have been emailed requesting a refund. Their initial response has been to offer a credit note or ‘immediate compensation’ if he decides to keep the broken pieces of this figure? Again, unacceptable.

He plans on raising the issue with his bank if a resolution isnt reached in X amount of days but we’re not hopeful. I’d suggest others speak with trading standards regarding their own experiences too!

What a horrible way to treat paying customers

Sent wrong order from china,not uk , no reply’s to my emails, no return label after asking several times,had to pay £13 to return it to France, will never buy from this company again, then said no refund only credit note, had to wait ages for refund which was only done because help of my bank getting it back, then they tried to take payment again from my bank, but it was stopped 😡
Even the wrong order was cheap tat, nothing like pictures on the site

SCAM! Do not buy! I ordered some trainers, they took payment, then after chasing them up they said they had sold out but wouldn’t issue a refund only store credit! They then sent out some ali express trainers.

First purchase in this shop, all was perfect, 5 stars !

Ordered an original BeyBlade for €100, received a cheap, Chinese reproduction from Aliexpress which costs on Aliexpress €1.6

I would give 0 if I could.
Tried cancelling an order less than 24 hours after it was placed. I was pointed to a "policy" that any items cancelled after orders are being prepared for dispatch would be refunded only 75% of the original value. The website outlines no such policy and the rep I spoke with kept telling me this policy. No dispatch or tracking was available which leads me to believe that they were just unwilling to allow me to cancel the order. SCAMMERS. I was emailing "Emily" from the company and she was no help - generic copy/paste responses. I doubt Emily exists.
I researched the company and they are showing more red flags than I can count.
UK office, main office based in France, warehouse in China.
Definite scammers. Yeah ok there may have been a few ok experiences but lets be honest - as someone who works in Ecommerce and receiving the sporadic responses from "Emily" that I did, the business model screams illegitimate.
The shoes arrived today.
They smell BAD.
£100 for a pair of childs shoes with cheap print. £1 cheap Chinese basic trainers. The print on the shoes is dotty, unclear, extremely low quality. I am disappointed. My daughter is disappointed. After dealing with "Emily" and their business practices I am in no way inclined to contact them again or scramble with them for my money back. I urge people to not support this business and to buy elsewhere. If you can't get it elsewhere then I suggest to go without as the product and customer service you receive will be more disappointing that not having your desired product at all.

I ordered an item that was late too arrive. After chasing up I was told there was an issue with the deliveries due to an uptick in purchases. Eventually it came. I opened it to wrap up for Christmas and low and behold, they had sent the wrong figure. It was also cheaper than what they had sent.
Do not use this company.
Too add insult to injury the figure I was sent would make a pornstar blush, "Merry Christmas love, heres an anime figure with her wabs out"

This company is a UK website based in France - Dodgy! ordered some items . 2 arrived 1 damaged , 1 wrong , 3rd never arrived . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a figure for a family member for Christmas on December 2nd and it has yet to be shipped 10 days later, this company is awful don't use them.

From were to start. First my order was delayed with more than a week and when i finally got it, it was wrong one. Apparently someone doesn't make a difference between Hashirama and Madara. The option they offered were money back or vaucher (like i ever gona shop again). Now I am in the middle of a long email saga, i hope that atleast i will get my money back...
