This seller is just dropshipping from AliExpress. If you like something they are selling just go direct to AliExpress as they have better returns policy as well customer service. The person I was dealing with via the contact us page isn't aware of the actual products and is likely working for an agency. I returned the item to sender and bought directly from AliExpress for half the price, it also arrived quicker than this seller.

Would not recommend and read the fine print!!

Ordered figure which just did not arrive and was stuck at “in progress” in the tracker. When I contacted the shop I was told the item had gone lost in shipping an was now out of stock so no replacement was possible - even though the figure is still showing as in stock on their website to this day (£10 more expensive which I assume is why they didn’t want to send).
Was subsequently told their T&C specify no refunds and only credit was possible (is this even legal when an item was never delivered?!!)
Accepted the credit to just get it done, but they went silent since despite multiple chasers. Maybe because I asked for evidence they shipped the item?
So basically they took my money without providing the service!
Have claimed money back through the bank as I have no faith they will ever get back to me.

I ordered an item on 4th December and was informed a couple of days later that my order had been processed and that I’d get a tracking number. When after a few days I’d still not heard anything, I contacted their customer service - “Emily” responded to say she’d look into it and get back to me. I waited another couple of days and contacted the company again to say I was upset by the incredibly poor non-responsive service and that I wanted a refund - again, I did not get a reply. Needless to say, I never received the item and I never received a refund. I was extremely fortunate to be able to get a chargeback from my credit card company! Unless you want to throw your money away, AVOID this company - I am certain it’s all a scam, and I’m flabbergasted that it’s still trading!!!

Purchased an anime figurine on 4th January. Was told it had been dispatched on 12th and would be delivered between 4-8 working days. However, the item never appeared and I was unable to track its location. Their customer services were horrendous, ignoring my emails. No information to say items come from FRANCE until you put in a complaint. No refund given and had to claim back through my bank. Currency was GBP so unaware. Do not buy from these people.

I ordered an anime figure in early December as a Christmas gift. Dispatch took around two weeks, and the item finally arrived on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, it was completely the wrong item to the one I ordered.

The quality was also very poor: the paintwork was messy, the figure arrived loose and not properly boxed, and the overall presentation was disappointing.

I contacted the retailer immediately. They admitted in writing that they had sent the wrong item and offered either unspecified “compensation” if I kept it, or store credit after returning it. I did not want store credit, as I did not wish to shop with them again, and I asked for the returns procedure and confirmation of a refund to my original payment method.

Despite this, the retailer later claimed that I had refused to return the item, which was untrue. I had evidence showing I requested return instructions, and this was provided to my bank.

I ultimately had to resolve the matter through my bank via a chargeback, and the bank ruled in my favour.

Overall, this was a stressful experience with poor communication, inconsistent policies, and an unsatisfactory resolution from the retailer.

Please do not use this company

Really bad experience. Ordered the item, paid etc way before Christmas. Item was late, it was Christmas present and it was a wrong item. The price of it is quarter of what I paid. They told me I can return it but they do not pay for the postage!!!! Ridiculous. Please stay away from them.

Please listen and trust the feedback! Apparel articles are not ‘as described’ or manufactured to the ‘appropriate standards’. When informed they choose not to address the poor quality with a significant lack of customer centricity / interest. “Your satisfaction is guaranteed” is their strap line, the reality is far from the truth. Why make this statement? Why even use TrustPilot to collect bad reviews and not act upon them?

Terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item, they refused to exchange it for the correct one (even though it still showed as ‘in stock’ on their website) and they told me that when I send the item back they’ll give me a credit note so I can re-order it. They also refused to refund me, and said that as per their T&Cs that I accepted, they do not do refunds but only give credit notes.
This appears like a scam to me, the email exchanges were done through a gmail account. They seem to have a limited amount of products, despite what shown in their website, and they sent these to customers regardless of their order, and they don’t do refunds.
There is also a confusion with .co.uk and .com websites, as they appear as different companies, which they are not.
They appear to be scammers, and I will never order from them again.

Dreadful experience obviously they have just repriced Temu reject items. Scam do not do business with this shambolic website.

SCAM!! do not use at all costs. The trainers I ordered where lost before they had even been shipped.. like wtf?? Paid £95.. all I was offered was store credit (still havent received that either). Emailed the company several times and Emily replied that they dont give refunds just store credit and my enquiries will be directed to the right department 😒 yet still nothing. This site needs to be taken down immediately. Going to try and get my money back through my credit card company but I'm not hopeful 🤦‍♀️

Ordered a Dr Stone figure, should have been a 12cm figure in a box. I received a figure no more than 3cm in a plastic egg. I paid nearly £70 for this. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my niece, Emailed the company but no reply. What a rip off. Please avoid this company and a save yourself from the stress.

Absolutely disgusting treatment. They lost my order for Christmas and did not inform me, I had to chase this up. On top of this they are now refusing to refund me to the original payment method only to a gift card. Their reasoning is that returns as per their terms and conditions can only be refunded as store credit??? despite them losing my order? Do not buy from them at the risk of this happening to you

Site says official products which they are not, they're cheap chinese knock offs, they came out of boxes and broken the pieces dont even stay together, would never shop here again absolute rip off

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I was sent the complete wrong item, not only was the item unauthentic, covered in scratches and chipped paint, it was a completely different pose, shocking. Packaged horribly - reached out for some answers and a refund and Emily is no help whatsoever, I’m offered 15% off my next order (won’t be happening) or to pay for my postage to send back the item they got wrong for a refund, absolutely shocking - PLEASE STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The quality of the hoodie material and print was entirely disappointing. The hoodie was shiny cheap material that does not wash well at all the print was such that it would peel off after one wash even on coldest setting.

Ordered Ichigo katana : Tenza Zangetsu on the 26/10/25 and have still not received it! (8/12/25) Emily from customer service bot/person has stopped replying! Avoid using this website!

Bought a Funko Pop figure and got sent a cheap item from China that took over 2 weeks to arrive. Contacted Customer Service and they wanted item to be returned to them but I had to pay for shipping and nothing guaranteed I will get the correct item. Read similar reviews that people pay full price for something but get a cheap imitation from China. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered some demon slayer figures which said they came in a box , they took a few weeks to turn up and came without a box , poorly packaged with Chinese writing on and quite clearly they are from Temu as my son has bought some off Temu before which came packaged the same .
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AS ITEMS ARE FAKE !!!!!!!!!!!

I would put zero . I have ordered a figure, they have send me completely different item , which they confirmed via email, offered me to keep it or return and pay for the return delivery. I paid £45 and the item they sent not only wrong it also looks very very bad quality. Don’t buy from them ! Save your money and time . Lady Emily stopped replying to me , than I asked again about the return policy and actually requested a label as it says on their policy , but she didn’t reply with direct answer she was telling me things she has already told me before . BTW they claim they are UK anime figure shop, if you scroll down on their website you will see that they located in France , and the figure came in package with labels written in Chinese language , the box for the figure was folded and no invoice !!!! Unfortunately I can’t add photos on here

They sell bootleg products. I recieved a text from AliExpress when my figure arrived. Looking at the figure, I saw it was very poor quality. Paid $75 and found it on AliExpress for $12. Going to attempt to get a refund
