Animaker Inc. Omdömen

It’s super easy to use and problem free

YOU SUCK, EVERYTHING IS AI, ALMOST EVERYTHING AN ANIMATOR NEEDS IS RESTRICTED BEHIND PAYWALLS, FREE PLAN IS LIMITED AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DRAW SEPERATE FRAMES, THATS THE ENTIRE POINT OF ANIMATING, DRAWING THE FRAMES, NOT GETTING RANDOM ASS CHARACTERS, PASTING THEM AND GIVING THEM A RANDOM ACTION/SMARTACTION OR SMARTMOVE, EVERY SINGLE BIT, OF THIS PLATFORM, MAKES ME WANT, TO BURN MY EYES WITH MASALA AND CHILLI, EVEN YOUR TUTORIALS SUCK, HOW DO YOU MESS UP THE TUTORIALS BRO, THE TUTORIALS ARE BASIC THINGS YOU NEED WHENEVER YOU'RE ANIMATING, NOT JUST NORMAL BASIC, I MEAN BASIC BASIC, LOWEST LEVEL OF BASICNESS I SWEAR THE TUTORIALS BARELY HELP, ITS STUFF THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO ALREADY.

For school, we had to make an animated video. This brought us to Animaker.
Animaker was great because we didn't need any experience to use it. The website design makes sense, so it is easy to find features. Our video turned out better than we had imagined it would be.
The only downside is that the website couldn't take the length of the video and glitched a bit because of that, but it was easily fixed.
The chat is very useful and the employees helped us resolve all our issues.

I am glad I found Steve AI in Animaker because it has been very effective for me to make online videos. Especially with Animaker the customer service is also very effective. They helped me throughout to edit the animated videos that I couldn't.

However, just to take note for improvement is the time span in editing the videos need to speed up a bit.

Anyway, thank you very Animaker team and wish you all the best of health and wealth.

Expensive, misleading terms and customer service ignoring messages

It’s a great site for anime creation. I won’t lie, I have spent the whole day going through it. I just wished they had given us users a 7 day free trial before we commit into a monthly or year plan in order to experience and understand it more.

Great place to make anime videos and love that they allow you to test it out for free.

Superb customer service from Animaker. We ran into an issue late in the evening, and by the very next morning the team had already offered a solution that allowed us to meet our deadline. Bala, in particular, provided exceptional support. Quickly understanding the problem and offering a practical alternative that worked perfectly given the limitations we were facing on the platform. Truly responsive and customer-focused service.

A few issues from me.

1. The tool promotes AI generated videos - however the output videos are made up of 6 second clips. So you don't receive a 30 / 60 / 90 second scene as advertised or offered - it's small snippets of different scenes that are then stitched together. Which make it unusable.
2. The digital assets are extremely limited. I would recommend Canva as a better option (and much cheaper!)
3. Yes you can animate a character (a person) but the characteristics of that person are very limited, and are limited to people. You cannot animate animals / objects.
4. Customer service seems a little fishy so make sure you do your due diligence before paying. They have a strict no-refund policy if you're not happy with the tool.

The only use I can think of for this tool is for corporate situations where you're needing to create a tutorial or business update and want something a bit flashier than PowerPoint. I wouldn't recommend for personal use - it's just too limited.

Support is always prompt and helpful. The platform is super customizable and offers a lot of personal feel to videos.

the customer service is supportive.

Service quality very low; not as expected, also they refused to refund

this is scam. they won't even let me delete acount after I found out they are scammers!
their website should get banned.

I signed up for this tool to create an urgent presentation video and it was completely unusable. Every single time I edited the text to speech, the video crashed. I could not complete even one project. I had to abandon it entirely and redo everything in PowerPoint just to meet my deadline.

The support experience was just as bad. Instead of providing any real fixes or solutions, they repeatedly pushed for calls with “Can I do a call?” and offered zero actual help. I did not have time to sit on calls. I needed the product to work. It never did.

I paid for a full month and got absolutely no value. No working output. No usable product. No meaningful support.

Based on my experience, this feels like a scam company. The product is unreliable, breaks constantly, and the support goes in circles without resolving anything. I would strongly advise people to beware before signing up.

Don't use it they are scammer! they don't refund and they don't have a time to test the solution.

Thank you for being so flexible with a non profit organization.

Bala helped me quickly, anda my problem was solved. Thank you for all your effort.
