Animaker Inc. Omdömen

The team were fantastic and persisted until they resolved the technical issue I was having with a video.

I really enjoyed using Animaker to create my animated video. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and offers an impressive variety of characters, backgrounds, animations, and effects. I especially appreciate how many details can be customized, allowing me to bring my creative ideas to life. Even as a beginner, I found the experience enjoyable and learned a lot while working on my project. I would definitely recommend Animaker to anyone interested in creating animated videos!

da un buen soporte cuando se necesita, muy atentos los chicos de servicio al cliente

Чудесна възможност за бързо изработване на красиви и цветни уроци за моите ученици.

it is very nice and easy to use with great customer support

Creating animations for my music compositions is really straightforward and the available tools are fantastic. I looked at other websites, but I love this one.

Out of all of the AI software apps, Animaker seems to have the best customer service and the quickest response time.

My issue was fixed exactly how I had hoped it would be.

This seems very useful for anyone who wants to make videos.

Animaker has been a great tool for me, especially because I was able to start creating animations without having much prior animation experience. The platform is easy to use, and it has made it much simpler for me to turn ideas into finished videos.
I’m also very happy with the Animaker support team. Whenever I’ve had an issue, whether related to video downloads or something else, they’ve been very responsive and have addressed it promptly.
One area I would love to see improved is the range of actions available for child characters. Adult characters seem to have more action options, and having a similarly broad selection for kids would make the platform even more useful for children’s content creators.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Animaker.

helpful staff that fixed the issue. good quality video. exactly what was needed.

The customer service has been amazing! I was having difficulty using the program then I got support and now I am able to make animated videos. Thank you to all the team, especially Mithun!

love the site-- easy to use!

Fantastic experience with Animaker! The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for someone like me to create professional-quality animations without needing advanced design skills. Whenever I've had a question, the customer service team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They clearly put a lot of effort into keeping the product user-friendly and feature-rich. Highly recommend to any business or individual looking for a reliable video creation tool.

I experienced an issue where video elements had disappeared from my projects, which meant I might have had to recreate all of my existing videos from scratch.

After contacting Animaker Support, I received a very quick response. Rufus reached out to me personally to better understand the issue, offered temporary solutions while investigating the situation with the relevant partners, and explored alternative ways to resolve it.

By the very next day, all of my video projects were working properly again, and all of the missing video elements had been restored.

I am extremely grateful to Rufus for his fast, professional, and effective support. His prompt response and dedication to resolving the issue saved me a significant amount of time and effort. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I had a very positive experience with Animaker's customer support. Mithun took the time to understand my specific use case for creating technical training videos and guided me through the process in a personal demo session.

He was friendly, patient and explained the platform clearly. We were able to work with my own prompt and discuss how Animaker could be used for technical training content.

The session was very helpful and gave me a much better understanding of the possibilities of Animaker. Thank you, Mithun, for your time and great support!
