Angels meadow have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I cannot recommend then highly enough. The customer service was perfect, the ring that i have purchased is just beautiful and I know my mum will be looking down and loving it just as much as I do. I now have my mum with me holding my hand. Every detail, from the choice of metal, to the colour enamel, to adding crushed diamonds along with mums ashes, the little velvet pouch thats sent with the pot to collect the ashes, to the emails keeping you updated throughout, to the ring arriving in a beautifully presented gift bag, the ring box, tissue paper, certificate to go alongside the ring, the cleaning cloth in its own pouch, booklet of how to care for the ring, all in matching colours and to top it off there was a little angel charm attached to the gift bag and the velvet pouch with what ashes were remaining from having the ring made. Just absolutely stunning and made me cry when it arrived because of the symbolisation of how much it means to me. So all I can say is, thank you so so much.

Highly recommend angels meadow for ashes jewellery. I ordered a ring for a Christmas gift. They contacted me promptly after sending off the details form and ashes to confirm sizing as it wasn’t a standard size which put my mind at ease. I was expecting the ring to take 6+ weeks due to the non standard sizing but less than 2 weeks later the ring arrived. The packaging is beautiful and the hand written certificate of authentication was a beautiful touch. The jewellery itself is great quality and the size was spot on.

Beautiful choice of rings. From start to finish, my order was treated with compassion and professionalism. When my ring arrived, it was so thoughtfully packaged and presented. I chose the pearl/moonstone resin as that is my birth stone (June) and June was when we lost our loved one. The optional diamond dust finish just sets off the resin beautifully and I am already taking great comfort in wearing my ring. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Angels Meadow.

I ordered one ladies white gold ring & one gents yellow gold ring with our mums ashes included in July. The website clearly advises that all gold items may take 8 weeks to arrive. I received the ladies ring within 15 days or so & the gents 1 arrived today. Both where packed & presented beautifully. The rings themselves are beautiful & very well made. Myself & my brother love them. The ordering process is very easy to navigate as walks you through the process step by step. Both rings arrived within 36 hours of receiving notification of shipment from Angels Medow. Absolutely brilliant service that I highly recommend. So much so I am now looking to order something in silver with the excess ashes from the rings which were returned to me. I can't comment on customer service if there is a problem as I have had no problems at all. Thank you Angels Medow. I look forward to choosing something else from your beutiful range of jewellery

The order and service from start to finish, was very friendly and professional. My ashes ring is beautifully crafted and was made with so much care and thoughtfulness. I am so happy with my ring and would highly recommend Angels Meadow. They even resized my ring without any trouble, and sent it back within a few days, after I ordered my ring one size too big by mistake. Brilliant customer service all around. The prices are very reasonable too.
