My ring is absolutely perfect, I couldn't be happier with it! I opted for the silver Grace ring with peacock colour resin- it's gorgeous.
It arrived exactly 1 week after I sent the ashes off, in a lovely box & gift bag. Everything is so well thought out.

A lovely item that was delivered very quickly. It was for my granddaughter to keep with her Nanas ashes and the packaging is wonderful. First class

I am very pleased with the beautiful rings I ordered for myself and two sisters. The jewellery arrived within the 8 weeks and were beautifully presented (ordered gold rings which take longer to make). It’s comforting to know that I have a part of Mum & Dad with me now at all times. Emma’s customer service is second to none; any queries I had were immediately answered and I can highly recommend this company.

Yesterday I got a notification from my bank that I had a refund for this purchase.
Quite frankly, I am heartbroken and disappointed that your company hasn’t even bothered to let me know my order has been cancelled. Not a single word of contact, apart from my purchase acknowledgment.

What kind of business are you? You provide jewellery for ashes for goodness sake! And you don’t even bother to notify me that I won’t be receiving my purchase!!!

You should be profoundly ashamed of yourselves. Do you not think that letting a customer know that their order is not on the way, is acceptable? Especially for such a sensitive, and profoundly precious item, that will hold their loved ones ashes??? What on earth is wrong with your business? Zero empathy, zero communication and zero lack of respect.

I shall be giving you the most discrediting review on every social media platform I can, and as far as trust pilot! Well….
You are a despicable business that cares only about money and you have no compassion nor respect for people who are grieving for a loved one.

I work in customer service complaints for one of the world biggest airports!! If I had treated a customer as you have, there is no doubt, I would be dealing with a disciplinary!!!!

The quality is fantastic and the packaging makes it feel like they really care about you and your loved one. Postage was very quick and the turnaround on the ring was very fast too. I highly recommend this company.
Think hard about the colour ring you want. I changed my mind last minute and regretted it! Not their fault at all though.

Beautiful ring, I ordered the Sterling silver always ring with my partners ashes inside, they sent the collection kit the next working day and the delivery was fast as I received it the same week. Now I have him with me wherever I go.

My ring is perfect, so pretty and dainty - exactly what I wanted!

My son’s ashes that weren’t used were returned to me too which was great and felt like he’d really been taken care of.

I would have given 5 stars, but communication was so so poor. I emailed multiple times and used WhatsApp 3 or 4 times over the space of a few weeks before getting a response.

But again, the ring itself is exactly what I wanted, I couldn’t be happier with it!

The order process was easy. When I got the ring I was extremely happy. They said it would take 12 weeks but I received the ring within 8. When it was sent out I was told it could take up to 7 days to be delivered, but it arrived the next day. I was so happy and I now feel that my husband is with me all the time. Would definitely use this company again.

I love the idea and when it arrived the picture and wording was brilliantly designed, however, the packaging let them down. It arrived bent! Surely you would have thouhgt of packaging metal a little better.

Ordering was so easy, the website explains exactly what you need to do in detail. I was kept informed of what was happening at all times before I received my ring. Expected delivery date was 21 August with my delivery actually arriving 24 July.
