The driver was great but two issues -

- I didn’t receive a text until after my journey so didn’t know which car/registration

- the person who took booking yesterday on the phone told me they took cards - I asked! - so the driver had to stop for cash and the journey cost me £7 extra as of course he had no change

Very efficient and nice comfortable car! Excellent keep things like that and you will grow!🙂

The driver named Miran is one decent and professional individual.. Friendly and polite... My friend and I enjoyed the ride.. We are happy with his service and will call you for the next trip, definitely... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The driver contacted me to let me know he was there...he was early as my plane had just landed, but that was because he took someone to the airport earlier.
He help with my bags, he was kind and considerate with just enough conversation to be considerate and not intrusive to make the journey a pleasant one.

I booked a pickup from the airport for 6.30am in the morning, but for some reason they had it down for 3pm. Anyway, I tried to re-book for an immediate pick-up and they said it would be 1hr, which I thought would be ok given that I still had to get my luggage & go through customs. However, after 1 hr, they still had not turned up. I had to call them to chase for a status. They said it will be another 15 mins. After another 15 mins, they still had not turned up, so I had to call them again. Again the response was another 15 more mins. After another 15 more mins, they still had not shown up. I called them again, and apparently it would be another 5 mins, but by now I had an angry & tired family and I could not trust if they would actually turn up, so I cancelled them and got an airport taxi. Throughout I had to call them for an update, which was even more frustrating.

The problem with Angel cars is they are a hit & miss. Sometimes you get good service, and sometimes not. It's the risk you take for the cheaper fare.

Downloaded the App and booked a taxi service to pick up my family with kids from Stansted for the day after at 19:05. A few minutes before the due time and still did not get any message from the driver which was suspicious as typically they contact you hours before. Called the company and was told that the driver was on his way...shortly after the driver called and said that he was 80mins away...80 MINS!!!When asking the reason, he said he just received the job order from the company, and it was not hard for me to believe him. When calling the company again I was told that my order was for 20:05 which is obviously NOT TRUE (I also have a screenshot of my 1905 booking but they were in blind denial). No need to say there was No discount offer, no apologies, no admission of being wrong. The guy on the phone was also extremely rude. I cancelled the order and got an Uber in only 5 minutes. VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Taxi cancelled last minute. It’s not the first time, I figured after the pandemic they deserved another chance..left me stranded in Gatwick. Unprofessional and unreliable.
