Hi, dear Mustaqeem Billah. We are sorry to hear that Andromo customer is upset. However, you have a life-time Andromo subscription - an option most developers would dream about! When you were buying it there was no eCommerce functionality in the offer. There was a lot of other functionality and you saw it. Also you had an option to get a refund during 60 days after a purchase. Moreover, we had a special Shopify promo for sumo-lings in Summer 2022. You didn't use this chance unfortunately. This flutter based app builder is easy to use but it's full of bugs after you build the app for users. You can contact their support and info@andromo but they don't fix the problems. I have support tickets that are months old and it's for simple issues. You better think twice before signing up to use it.
They are replying to reviews with lies, nothing is being done to fix fhe problems. Don't believe it.

Limited and very vague support
I got the highest tier hoping we will benefit from new features like eCommerce, etc and make the investment worthwhile, but not a chance. Not even an addon or a discount, any solution really, all I got was that the ecomm will NOT be available so I am stuck with an account that will become more and more useless over time and not able to use it for my needs. As for the support, I find it very vague, just a few words reply without any details as to what solution can be implemented, etc. I just wished they would reconsider their strategy and make their customers happy. At this stage, I would not recommend this company and its policies. I hope they prove me wrong, unfortunately, I am not alone in this.

Poor app builder and horrible customer support
I have contacted andromo support and info@andromo about audio player errors. I can't update my android apps because andromo haven't updated from api level 29. My iPhone apps are getting removed for annoying ads. One of my apps have a non compliant SDK.

Don’t waste your time using this app…
Don’t waste your time using this app builder it’s full of bugs and support doesn’t respond to some tickets. I’ve emailed support@andromo, info@andromo many times no response on some of my issues. Right now I can’t build IPhone apps because the ads are a violation in the play store. Also the audio player has errors. They have not updated the API level on the android side, I can’t update my android apps. I’m looking for a better builder and will cancel my account soon when I find one.

i got a high tier AppSumo lifetime deal…
i got a high tier AppSumo lifetime deal for andromo, but then some of the new features added like ecommerce, they are asking me for an upgrade to use them. this is very strange. we choose high tier benefits, because all future improvements and features were promised. and still no team feature added, or workspace added. i have had high hopes for andromo, but its not been great so far.

For example - Applovin ad network has been added to the Pro package as a monetization channel, and it has become available for all Appsumo subscribers. eCommerce is a totally new package which cannot be included in the Appsumo deal. Andromo team/workspace feature request for business developers
I have bought the adromo business tier 2 lifetime deal, but ever since i have been wondering if they have a team/workspace feature, where i can invite people(employees) over to help me build apps for businesses. they will have their roles, and permissions. i contacted andromo support several times to inquire about this like a month ago, and no one ever get back to me. i dont know if they are still functioning or not, it's unfortunate.

Hi, mouty! It is sad that you got such experience with Andromo. Ads are displaying properly at V3 and there might be other reasons for your drop in impressions. Our support is working hard to answer all tickets ASAP. Please, send your ticket number to the info@andromo.com and we will investigate your case. If there was an unreasonable response delay we will try to compensate it somehow. Anyway we are always trying to tell customers estimated time of tickets resolving. Our social media regularly inform our customers about all updates. V3 is a flutter-based innovative builder, and using it is the only way to keep building apps at Andromo, since V2 is outdated and there is no way to update it. It has been announced many times even before the release. Andromo is doing its best to provide customers with the best service and monetization options. Need update and more featurea
I used their service more than two years. They are good but they have some critical issue like you can not upload file to the webview app (Both for Android & IOS).
I requested them many times to add this feature but they did not do that!
Without storage access permission, webview app will not work anymore.
Another major issue is their "Ad Impression Charge" They will charge you from the ad revenue you generate which is why you can not be able to develop app for your clients as if you do so then Andromo will charge from your balance.
If you do not have balance to the account then they will not show ad to the apps!
So think twice before purchasing!

However, we must pay your attention to the fact that many other crucial features have been added to Andromo during last 1.5 years, including totally new updated flutter-based builder and iOS support. Our tech team is working hard to add more functionality to the service and provide Andromo users with multiple tech solutions for app building. The requested feature is already on our roadmap!
''Ad impression charge'' - is an option for skilled developers who want to earn more with monetization, and they know how to do it. They understand that Andromo takes a small % for providing a powerful tool for advanced app monetization. If you feel that you are not ready yet to use Ultra subscription benefits, you can use Pro subscription which is cheaper, has no impressions budget fee and still provides excellent opportunity for app monetization. Just several months ago we have added a Facebook-Admob bidding option, which leaded to 30% revenue increase for some devs. It is available at the Pro subscription.
Unfortunately, we cannot maintain ads for accounts with expired subscriptions.
Hope, you will find your best scheme for app monetization and succeed with Andromo!
You will be charged month after month even if you unsubscribe.
I unsubscribed in December, was charged in January, asked for a refund and cancelled again. They refunded me and told me they had cancelled the account.
I was charged again in February and March. I noticed in March, requested cancellation and refund again.
And so on ad infinitum.
There is no place on the web where you can remove your card to stop being charged.
So you have to trust their good faith, and unfortunately as a company that is going bankrupt, they are not going to stop with these illegal charging practices in a futile attempt for survival.
They don't know it yet, but they are doomed.
