Una basura completa, esta diseñada para robar dinero , nunca se puede usar el famoso trial, no se puede cancelar la suscripción y no saben decir nada más que:
"Buenas tardes. Perdón por tu experiencia negativa. El usuario dispone de 14 días de prueba gratuita del servicio, transcurridos los cuales se le cobrará. Si no desea utilizar el servicio, puede cancelar su suscripción en su cuenta o comunicarse con el soporte. Te deseamos un buen dia" , pura mentira, luego uno les escribe y dicen que es imposible de cancelar la suscripción que uno debe hacerlo y luego uno lo va hacer y la página no te deja avanzar, una basura completa, como puedo hacer para parar el cobro si su página no deja continuar? Ladrones!!!

No es una estafa directamente,pero si se aprovechan de ti, dan sus 14 dias de prueba pero aun asi te cobran y a parte no puede desuscribirte no te dan acceso y siempre te terminan cobrando y mas de lo que se deberia, te envian un correo diciendo que no se te hizo un cargo a tu cuenta cuando en realidad si, el banco lo refleja.. si uno como consumidor no desea pues no lo desea, deben ser mas transparentes, eso de que se aprovechen no es Justo.

Deceptive practices. The website clearly states "Create Applications With Free App Builder" and underneath there is a button that says "Create an App for Free"...
But when you click and give them your email address, it suddenly turns out that the truth is completely different. That is, yes, there is a 14-day trial, but in order to do anything on the site, you have to start by providing your credit card details and if you accidentally forget to cancel the trial on time, they will start charging you. So for me, it's just a scam that lures you with free applications but doesn't offer them.

On their website it states that you can create an app for free, in fact it says that you your first is app is absolutely free. I have several screenshots of these claims. However this is not true, as soon as you sign up you are forced to commit to a subscription plan including credit card information. They say that they will offer a trial but that doesn't mean your first app is actually free. It’s just a way to trick people into a subscription. Deceptive marketing. Just be up front. You don’t have to mislead people to make money.

Worst customer service ever. My app was ready to go on Google, I was pre-launching when I got report that there was issues in coding I need to fix before launching the app. I took all pictures and information for Andromo and they never helped. They just stopped answering. The whole time customer support was slow and very bad, somebody answers with about 5 words and don't put ANY effort. Now I'm building my app in another place.
All this is kinda sad cause I've done so much work with the app, long days and I put my heart in it. I'm happy to launch an app later and I will support and shoutout this new platform so loud!

Es una auténtica basura, una completa estafa. Te dicen que te dan una suscripción de prueba de 14 días y que puedes darte de baja de la prueba cuando quieras, pero a la hora de intentar cancelar es imposible porque la web se queda pillada sola por el hecho de que no lo canceles. He probado a cancelarla desde el ordenador, desde el móvil y desde el iPad. Con ningún dispositivo ha sido posible, me acabo de poner en contacto con el gmail de ayuda al cliente y he pedido por favor que me lo borren todo ellos, no sé si me harán caso o no, pero lo que es seguro, es que está hecho a propósito para cobrarte la suscripción. NO CAIGÁIS, ES UNA ESTAFA

Total waste of money and time. This is one of 4 companies I've used to try to create simple app from a simple, hobby website of no commercial interest (not even ads). The first app was withdrawn by Google Play since it was just links to the website. Google Play have now said they will close my app account because this has taken too long to resolve.

First I asked the initial app creator, Andromo, to update. They said I should estimate a budget of $10,000-15000. Far to steep for my non-commercial, free, hobby app. Then I asked "Webintoapp" whose terms included granting them full, irrevocable licence to my photos and content - not acceptable. I then paid $90 to "WebViewGold", also called "OnlineAppCreator", for complicated software that didn't show the same options as their online tutorial, particularly with no possibility to build an APK or App bundle in Android Studio. Uninstalling and reinstalling (their suggestion) and starting again made no difference but they were quick to offer another solution for a further $350 (Android only; another $399 for IOS). Finally I paid £468 to "Webtoapp.design" who did build a good test app for Android. However it was not possible to upload the app bundle to Google Play as an update to my app - since Andromo will not provide the signature information requested for their earlier versions and Google is now closing my account.

P.S. Andromo: thank you for your response. It was support@andromo that I initially contacted, and again after you posted this, but still no reply. If Andromo spent half the effort that you have spent on trying to get Trustpilot to remove this poor but honest review on answering customers' concerns, it would be helpful and I would be happy to revise or delete this review if you honour the offer of signature information needed.

P.P.S I don't understand or accept your second response. I have no current account nor trial with Andromo. I had one created in 2014 for an app, revised in June and October 2019 and withdrawn by Google in 2020 (com.andromo.dev286273.app271516). This January you quoted to revise the app but I declined the 10-15K price. You then agreed on 10th February to send signing information for the old app but have yet to do so despite further requests.

PPPS. You have misread my comment. You quoted me to renew the 2019 app - I have the email from you and have sent it to Trustpilot. After I declined your quotation, you agreed to send signature keys wanted by Google to accept update but to date you have not sent any. (Those emails and my chasers also sent to Trustpilot.)

This is good but it use for business.

I used the app for a couple of days and then tried to cancel my subscription. There is no button to cancel the subscription. I cancelled my credit card and now they have my new credit card details. I am currently disputing with my bank, but this is a long process. Please use paypal for dodgy websites like this or don't use at all. I contacted andromo support and the bot email reply is always the same - use the unsubscribe button which does not exist. Thanks andromo.

Dear Andromo. There is no unsubscribe button on your website for developers. I have seen other people complain about this too. I had to get my bank to block the monthly chargers to my credit card. Not a very good solution. You should definitely look into this, instead of ripping off your customers and continually charging them. I am yet to see a refund from Andromo. This is why I am posting this review to warn others of this.

Pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. It took me a couple of hours to learn the app, it would be nice if the onboarding was easier than that. Also, it would be wonderful if there was a streamlined way to submit to Google etc through the app interface instead of just downloading the file and getting lost in the Google app marketplace. I'm not sure if that is possible though. Other than that good job.
