Prodotti di design, ma servizio clienti al di sotto delle aspettative
Ho acquistato due Kartell Componibili da AndLight il 3 ottobre, scegliendo questo rivenditore rispetto ad altre alternative, anche locali, sulla base della disponibilità indicata al momento dell'acquisto e della comodità della consegna.
Dopo diversi giorni senza aggiornamenti concreti, ho contattato il servizio clienti il 14 ottobre. Nonostante l'impegno dichiarato a rispondere entro due giorni lavorativi, ho ricevuto una risposta soltanto il 20 ottobre.
Nel frattempo mi ero reso disponibile a valutare un colore alternativo per uno dei prodotti, proprio per accelerare la spedizione. Quando l'assistenza mi ha finalmente risposto, mi è stato comunicato che l'ordine era già stato imballato e che non era più possibile apportare modifiche.
L'azienda ha attribuito i ritardi nella risposta a una temporanea carenza di personale e quelli nell'approvvigionamento al produttore. Pur comprendendo le difficoltà organizzative, ritengo che il cliente debba essere informato tempestivamente e messo nelle condizioni di valutare eventuali alternative.
Il 20 ottobre ho ricevuto la fattura, ma al momento non ancora una conferma di spedizione con relativo tracciamento.
Considerando il prezzo dei prodotti e il posizionamento di AndLight come rivenditore di design, mi sarei aspettato maggiore professionalità, comunicazione e attenzione al cliente.
Aggiornerò questa recensione dopo aver ricevuto l'ordine e valutato come si sarà conclusa l'esperienza.

I due Kartell Componibili sono finalmente arrivati, ma questo non cambia la mia valutazione.
Trovo frustrante spendere cifre importanti e trascorrere settimane senza informazioni chiare sul proprio ordine, con risposte tardive e scarsa attenzione da parte dell'assistenza.
I ritardi possono capitare, ma chi ha già pagato dovrebbe poter contare su comunicazioni tempestive e soluzioni concrete.
Mantengo quindi la valutazione iniziale: la consegna dei prodotti acquistati non cancella un'esperienza d'acquisto deludente.
