Dream car
I've been looking for this car for a very long time and when I finally found it was really looking forward to go and make it mine. The team was very helpful, explained all the details I needed to know and made the entire process very easily for me. Had the pleasure to have the car dropped to my place by Jeff today , very helpful explaining all the last details remaining and helped with taxing my car. As a first buyer this helped a lot , very grateful for his help.

Don't reserve a car!
Paid the £99 reservation fee on a car on 17th October to view the next day. Stephen was friendly on the day and gave good customer service.
I didn't end up purchasing the Volkswagen Golf that I went to view due to a strange white substance in the oil cap so I would recommend looking at this prior to starting the car if you are looking at one of their vehicles.
They apparently started the process for the refund of the £99 on the day. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for this, I followed up with an email which they replied saying it's with accounts a week ago. I followed up again at the end of last week but then they have just not replied.

Excellent service
After deciding I would go for an EV next I found the exact car I wanted at Anchor Cars which isn't that far away.
After booking a test drive and being shown around the car with Adrian which went very well I decided to buy.
I paid the deposit and he said he would deliver the car for me.
Nearer the delivery day I was handed over to Aston who was very helpful and accommodating regarding delivery and anything I wanted to know.
On the day of delivery I was called to ask what time was good for me and it was then delivered by Nick P dead on time who was very helpful and went over everything with me.
I can't fault Anchor Cars with anything and thank you to everyone involved in buying my new car.
