Twenty one days to just announce shipment of merchandise it is totally unacceptable.

Place my order since March 6th and have not received it yet.

I ordered products still haven’t recived

Lack of response from recent order inquiries

I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago. I paid and extra fee; two days delivery.
1 week passed and I had no products.
I started emailing, calling, texting, social media, messengers and NO one was replying to any of my messages. After 2 weeks of trying someone reply with: there is No one at the office and we cannot track your order until Monday.

I requested a refund for at least the extra fee I paid, which they finally reply and partially refund. AGAIN! No product received after days of waiting. I sent another email following up and they said; sorry the tracking has not been updated but it was shipped. ( I guess it's just an excuse) Please wait 1-2 weeks for your order.

So here I am after more than 3 weeks, still waiting for my products.
I expect at this point a full refund on my order.

My mom order a package and never get it. I want her money back. I commended to use the products and I use them too and never have this problem what happened.. and I bern waiting for a feedback and I been wait for long and no answer

La unica queja que tengo es lo mucho que tardó, empeze a tomarlas vamos a ver como me va. Tengo dos hermanas que llevan mas de 8 años tomandola, y la recomiendan 100%.

I did my order on December 1st/2023 and I haven’t received anything.
Nobody answer, no place to call…..nothing….
Very disappointed

I payed for ths magnesium in 3nov 2023

Today is 21 November 2023 and I am still without my magnesium. Keep away of this seller please!!

We got a problem about my address, and they asked me to confirm in 9 Nov 2023 i confirmed them and they did not care and made a wrong label and sent the package in 11 nov 2023.. I have been sending them emails and they are not answering me back, My package is still in atlanta since 16 nov 2023, now i don't know what is going to happen with my money or if they are going to deliver me or not, I will update this message to let you know what happen at the end.

I am such stress and upset. i feel like i lose my money..

Update: Today is 22 nov, they sent me my package after my last comment and i got it today..

but they delivered me a WRONG PRODUCT ... it's a different magnesium that i ordered... - sigh -

Well.. I am not going to send it back if they will make me pay it and i was waiting almost 1 month, i am tired of this situation .. Can you imagine how stressful it is?? .. so i will let it go but i wish you good luck in your Shopping...

They sent an answer in this review saying they were going to send me the correct magnesium but i never got that package.. (;
