This review is not about the product itself, as I haven't received it yet. I am writing this because I placed my order on March 4th and have not received a tracking number or any updates on my order status. I have sent two messages via your website with no response. The customer service is very poor; it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to investigate. I hope the product arrives eventually, but the lack of communication is unacceptable.

Love the products, but l was looking for something that is out of stock every time I wanted to buy it.

I haven’t received it yet. I placed the order 20 days ago and when I check on the status it just say that “my order is confirmed and will receive an email once it is processed” if I could give 0 star, 0 would be given.

Reviewing the information about the product was very beneficial. The ordering process was straight forward.

You keep on asking me “how did we do?” And despite the fact that I placed the order almost three weeks ago, I have bit even received a shipment confirmation.

Excellent products! Bad service! Late deliveries and no communication!
