Recently I was purchased iqoo z6 5g mobile from Amazon and due to hanging and gyroscope not working issue, I want to return or replace the item but Amazon ne is return nhi liya and Amazon ne technician appoint kiya but technician mere paas nhi aya usne call pr test kiya aur result update Kiya but meine Amazon se baat ki to wo bol rhe h ki issue resolved update Kiya h and jo technician visit kiya wo bol rha h ki result not resolved update Kiya h. Ab mein kiski baat ko consider kru.
And abhi tak mere product return nhi hua
And bahane bana rhe h ab Amazon wale ki sabkuch thik h return nhi hoga.
Mere paise to fas gye n unka kuch thodi na rha h.
Amazon se pls koi product order Mt krna.
Return k waqt bewakoof banayenge apko.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Amazon India. I had bought a kids tennis racquet whose quality was not nice so I submitted a return request(after getting it replaced once as the replaced product was also not good). The product was suppose to get collected on 9th May, but no one collected it until 28th May. I went to Amazon’s online customer service chat portal and their I got a message “We are not able to pick up the item, kindly place a new pick up request.” In order to do that I cancelled my previous return request and now I am not able to submit a return request as the website says the last day of return was on 17th May.

Now I am stuck with a product and there is no way I am able to talk to someone at Amazon customer care. I have travelled to UK after that, so not sure how to reach out to them. But have to say Amazon India’s customer service is pathetic.

3rd class services amazon fraud company not provide services as they promise. TV installation not done but showing completed.. haha all are jocking services and company

I am an Amazon seller and recently i received a return.
The reason for return being "Undeliverable shipping address".
100% of the amount was refunded to the buyer and shipping charges was deducted from my account.
My shipping mode for this particular order was Amazon easyship.
Amazon verifies the customer pincode/address if it is deliverable or not before doing any purchase. If the customer address was verified how did i receive the refund reason as "Undeliverable shipping address",
and if the shipping address was actually not deliverable, how could they process and confirm the order?
i even have self ship option, i would have delivered it with any third party courier service.

Amazon India are fraudsters,they have tie up with fraud sellers to boost up profit,they con honest customers by selling faulty products at higher prices

The negative reviews ate never published

DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON INDIA…..however good it looks

I have never found any issues with Amazon as my wife orders almost eveything. I really like the quality and their Service. Good Going!

Never buy a product from Amazon India as they are the biggest frauds in the business. I ordered a DSLR camera for my son and I got a brick. Now, they have the guts to even deny the claim.

I have to file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline and the docket numbrer is 2369351.

My lawyer have sent them a legal notice also. Buying a camera has become a nightmare for us.

Never ever trust Amazon for your valuable items. Buy from your local stores and support your local economy.
