Paid for software but constant bombardment of advertising for upgrade's and other software , Pay for product but still need upgrade for Pro ,Avoid at all costs

I'ts a nightmare to cancel any and all services what this company. It's a little late for this company my father's memorial service has come and gone.. I had hopes to use their software service for my father's celebration of life slideshow but that train already left the tracks. Without their software. I was then going to use your services for the two websites that I'm the webmaster of they don't seem to respond to emails.. So at this point I'm asking the company to cancel any and all services that I might be obligated for. I was hopefully I'll receive a timely response back from Smart Show 3D regarding my cancellation. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from them but it's been awhile. I don't believe they care about their customers. So I'm posting this negative feedback. Buyers beware of there customer service.

It seems very common in these reviews but there is absolutely no customer support from this company...They are only interested in responding if you are flashing cash - other that that they are not interested.
You will get a reply in hours or one business day at their latest is their statement "DO NOT BELIEVE IT" it is a complete fabrication.
Want to do yourself a favour to avoid the hassle of software going wrong - buy it from a more reputable company! Now I am going to have to redo my project with rival software. At least this other company actually helps you with problems!

I have bought license key for Passport Photo Maker from ams.photo.software.com because I want to use its full version but everything did not come the same my hope. After I sent money by credit card , they emailed me the license key and when i put that key to activate to get full version , it said error , invalid key. I contacted the supporter but they did not reply to me at all. So I wasted my money to this software . I recommend other do not waste your money to buy license key from this software company........

Today, Thursday, October 20, 2022 i received your response. Thanks for answer. But You sent a not working product to me. When I entered the license key successfully then it stopped the program from running on my computer.
How difficult your program is ? I am so tired with getting full version of your software. Now Passport Photo Maker application can not run on my computer at all.
I would like you to give me a new one.

After entering the license key then the application did not run anymore. When i open the application, it just comes out the error screen. So terrible software...Do not buy anything from ams-photo-software.com . I lost a lot money with this company

On September 14, I downloaded PhotoWorks to test it. Almost all functions were possible, but only the (area) repair brush was not, this function is only available in the purchase version. Well, the software is not too expensive and I'll take the risk and buy it. It was exactly the risk; the (area) repair brush did not work properly, I can also use Photoshop. I only wanted to use the software for quick removal of, for example, sensor spots when I am on the road. I wrote to support and I explained everything and sent a screenshot with my complaint. The wrong correction, a stripe remains visible, could not be, was the answer, whereby it was the case with several pictures, I should send the original picture, I do not do this in principle. In the meantime, I found a functioning programme from InPaint, which does the job perfectly. The AMS-Support refused to refund me because the software can also be used for other purposes. The company AMS-Software is probably aware of why they do not offer the repair brush in the test version because it simply does not work. Bad service, bad behaviour, not to recommend!

After much discussion and probably because of this review, I received a full refund to my account.

The support is horrible, our passport photo license had errors saying activation attempts exceeded. They should be able to add more attempts from the server side as they did for another license in the past, but now they asked me to purchase an upgrade instead of providing any help. Another tip, make sure you watch closely on their items, if you ever make a mistake on a order, you would have a really really really hard time to get refunded.

Thanks for your response to the review. After I mentioned in the Ticket #125582 your support did add more attempts for another license, then this ticket was addressed with more attempts. However, this should have been done at the first time when the ticket was reviewed, I understand the support agent wanted to sell your newer version product, but please choose the appropriate timing for marketing. When the software is not working and we are not able to continue running the business, then please provide a quick solution first, especially the solution was known.

Recently upgraded AMS Photoworks 10 to v. 11.
This review is based on the use of this v.11 over a couple of months.
Many shortcomings in the earlier version have been addressed in this new version.
Edits remain non-destructive so the originals are not touched.

The help within the program is simple to understand and easy to get started even for new users. There is also an online tutorial to get started.
The User Interface is straightforward to use.
A welcome addition is the ability to correct for geometry like vertical/tilting buildings. The various enhancement tools are functional and straightforward to use as are the sliders on the RHS for adjustments.
Changing backgrounds is included. I haven't mastered this yet but even with the initial attempts, I got acceptable results.
Noise reduction in noisy pictures is again acceptable but perhaps refinement in this area in the future is desirable.
Photo color balance results overall better balanced than v.10
Skin tones are more accurate.
I have tried out some other Photo editors in the past few years, but this one is more intuitive to use with good results the first time.
I use this software on an i5 desktop, Windows 10 Pro with 8 GB RAM. It runs well.
To sum up at the price, for end-users, a good value photo editing software package thats' easy to use for those who like to post-process their photos in a speedy way with decent results.

Je travaille avec photowork et aussi PhotoDiva depuis plusieurs années je suis photographe de mode et c'est programme me convienne amplement vus que je ne suis pas photoshop ni Lichtrom c'est 2 programmes me sont suffisant , et pour mes diaporamas et slideshow j'emplois Smartshow 3D prémium et la je suis comblé je ne peut que vous conseillé amplement c'est 3 programes.
