Stunning cushions

I wish to comment like all the other 5…
I wish to comment like all the other 5 star reviews, but regardless of the end product im yet to see mine. I placed an order on the 25th Nov and my two cushions are not yet dispatched. I understand there was Black Friday but id question if the styles were in stock to sell in the first place. Under no circumstances would it take over 11 days to package and send my order? I am in the UK and so is this business? Incredibly unimpressed and disappointed because I like to leave 5 star reviews!

Regarding your order placed on the 24th of November, we understand your concerns however everyone was sent an email to say orders would be delayed due to our Black Friday promotion - we are only a small family run business. We want to assure you that all styles advertised were indeed in stock. Our usual delivery time is 3-5 working days, the surge in orders during this period significantly impacted our dispatch times to around 10 working days. This is not an excuse but rather an explanation of the circumstances that led to the delay.
