placed an order for a dress and paid for express shipping which said (3 to 5 days) 3 weeks after and dress still not shipped out. sent several emails to which i got same reply. Reply said that the item is in high demand and shipping is slow. no matter what i said in my email, their reply was always the same. My conclusion is that these people don't even understand English and they just send a standard reply. I opened a dispute via my bank and got a full refund.

This site are desonest, don't buy nothing from them.They show beautiful photos and delivery a trash that don't match with the photo.My order number is Anneol 782205.

Do not buy from this store.
They are dishonest — the item I received was completely unacceptable and not as described. I contacted them to cancel the order or resolve the issue, but they ignored my messages. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

It is a total scam. I ordered two very pretty dresses and received two see-through Kaftans that are not even close to resembling the dresses I ordered. I could not get my money back and it took 1 month to receive the order. Don't order a thing.

Don’t Buy from Ammethy!!!
Two dresses ordered, neither matched what was in the picture. The quality is laughably poor. They did respond quickly to email but required goods (bads!) to be returned to China to get a full refund. They do not pay shipping, which would have been $32! If I didn’t want to return them they’d give me 15% back. Gee thanks! Alternatively, I’ve involved my credit card company, maybe they’ll have better luck.

the Ammethy online shopping platform (ammethy.com) is a scam!

I placed an order on Ammethy.com over 2 months ago, paid up front, and have yet to receive the items—or any refund.
Repeated attempts to contact them have been completely ignored. No updates on shipping, no response to refund requests… absolutely nothing.

Ordered two beautiful gowns/dresses online.
Communication was zero after the sale.
I contacted the support email and was sent a tracking number.

The items arrived almost on time
BUT
Two formal full length gowns arrived on my door step in a small 30cm x 30cm parcel bag.
Gowns were vacumm packed of course.
The gowns were so thin and see through, a shower curtain hid more.
Extremely disappointed. I read Ammethy was a scam site but I held out belief it wasnt. Sadly, it is.
What a joke.

The two dresses that were ordered were terrible tried several times to send back for a refund never could never get a response. Awful company. I will try to go through my credit card company for a refund

That company is unscrupulous businessmen., I order
three dress, I received two is wrong version of goods,
totally incorrect, and so fare the last one still not received it totally six months ready.

I ordered 2 dresses and , I received after months, nothing looks like on there website, very bad it’s a garbage and can’t return the product, 😡

Arnaque, la robe devait être en chiffon, j’ai reçu une longue jaquette en polyester. Ils ont copié sur une photo d’une autre compagnie. C’était pour un mariage. 60$ jeté à la poubelle. Honte à eux.

Ordered a formal dress.waited 2 months and it was a piece of fabric. Not even a dress. They refuse to return emails or refund my money.

I agree with the others here that wish I could give this company a zero rating. Out of the 4 items I ordered:
• 2 were delivered and match the product description.
• 1 item was delivered but is completely different from the product I ordered: it is cheap and made from very poor material.
• 1 item has not been delivered to this day. Waited over 3 months and my dress wasn't even shipped and no ship date communicated.
Ammethy & their other name Shine are not responding to my multiple demands for refund.

If there is a negative star rating, Ammethy would definitely get it from me. I kinda expected the worst after paying it and I did. DO NOT BUY FROM AMMETHY. Total scam. I donated the dresses and don’t even bother to do a return.

Worst company to deal with. Turns out the dress comes from Shine, Chineese and is a scam. Waited over 2 weeks and my dress wasn't even shipped and no ship date and to cancel they charge 15% and won't tell you how much your refund is. DON'T buy anything from them!!!!
