I placed an order 5 months ago and haven’t received it as yet. Every time I email them they have a sad story. I just checked and the store isn’t online anymore. I asked for a refund and they’re still saying e patient the item is popular and it will be shipped soon. I need my money

I ordered 2 dresses.what arrived was nothing like description.it was poorly made and see through.
Returns are a joke as you have to pay for items .
As for refunds you may as well call your loses as I've been waiting for 2 months .
Avoid this site !!!

Scammers!!! I ordered a dress for a wedding on june 3 and I didnt received it. I asked for a refund but they said that it will be shipped asap. But its not true!!!

Zero minus is my review. Plus they want me to return the items at MY EXPENSE.

What a scam this turns out to be. My wife ordered two dresses with her last bit of money she saved for our daughter's wedding, and these people just took it, and two months later, still no dresses, just a response of we should be be patient, it's still in transit.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered 2 dresses and paid for 2 dresses. Eight months later I have not received either. I have repeatedly contacted the company and have been told to be patient. I have requested a refund and not received anything.
Total fraud. Save your money and skip this company.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. When the dresses arrived they were nothing like cocktail dresses. They were a joke. Thin material and nothing like the photos at all on their website. And a size 1x was like a dress made for a barbie doll. Dont laugh. Its true. It was the worst purchase I have ever made. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. A TOTAL RIP OFF.

I don't even know where to start! I ordered 5x dresses. Only one arrived and it is definitely not at all like the picture. The picture showed a heavy satin dress with brooch and batwing sleeves. What arrived was a poorly-made slip made from lining fabric with a printed "brooch" in place of the gathering/brooch that was supposed to be there.
I have emailed the company twice with no respose.
I've lost $170 and really don't want anyone else to lose their money too!

I ordered a dress and what I got was nothing like the picture. Was supposed to have lace. It was printed on cheap see through rubbish material. Still trying to get a refund and all I get is an automated response. Don't order from them. They will rip you off, guaranteed.

They don’t refund there money ordered outfit in May so canceled the order still haven’t received any money they keep saying it’s in the Hands of financial department that has been 4 months so they are big scammers so they $53 dollars from me

Omg I got scammed BIG time. I ordered a Lace and Mash maxi dress for a wedding, when it arrived it was a pieace of see-through fabric, no lace, no mesh. I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing from this website. If anyone sees this and can do anything, please help and put this website down.

Trying to get a refund on a dress that was nothing like the picture. So far have sent 24 emails. No refund yet.

Do not order from this company! They are a scam! I ordered in a dress on the 2nd July and even paid expedited shipping! I never got my order and have been emailing them since to try to get a refund. All I get are emails asking to be patient. Do not buy anythink in this website. They are a fraud!

A complete scam.
I've written an email, hope to have my real chiffon dress instead of a bag of potatoes. Or my money back. It's been my first time buying online... And the last!!

I’ve order for almost 3 months and never got my order,no tracking number,just the same message from their part to my mails:be patient…really?!!!!

I ordered a blue lace and organza gown with sequins - got a purple patterned organza over dress. No lace, no sequins and the quality was so poor that I was sewing better than that doing samplers as a teenager!! Oh and the hole in the fabric was not great either. Don't waste your money on a purchase from this company.

2. Я заплатила за БЫСТРУЮ (3-5 дней) доставку, а товар шёл месяц
3. Качество не соответствует заявленному!!!!!
