American Holidays Omdömen

Amanda made my booking so easy, very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help.

We were looking to have a 3 stop break in the States next year to celebrate a big birthday. An email from American Holidays came through and by chance it had the 3 stops we wanted - New York, San Fran and Vegas. We set American Holidays a challenge and emailed our requirements thinking that it woukd be way over our price range for the dates we wanted to go. We were delighted when Megan rose to the challenge and delivered our preferred stops. The bookibg process was veey stalraightforward and we are looking forward to our break next year! Thank you Anerican Holidays - and Megan!

Aisling O’Hara was amazing. Excelent and honest feedback and research before updating Client. Well done and Thank you.

Rachel was fantastic at sorting our holiday to New York and then onto Mexico she had great knowledge and was very helpful with showing us hotels and gave us time to consult with our daughter on the dates

Ali was super helpful and efficient in booking our trip to Nashville and New Orleans. Has given us some tips on what to do etc which is great. Good to speak to someone who has visited the destination

Meghan Fitzgerald is the girl I dealt with she was amazing so helpful and understood everything I was wanting to make my holiday special she’s amazing I definitely go back to her if I’m booking again I did pass on her name to another lady that’s looking to go with her family and I told her to deal with this girl she’s amazing, very understanding and help you every way

Diane was great in helping get the holiday sorted

Very helpful, pleasant and listened to what I wanted. Have used American Holidays numerous times in the past and will be back again.

Everything was great from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating to your every need. Ali in the Belfast store was on the ball with anything we needed. To put it into perspective we came home on a Sunday afternoon and had booked next year's holiday by the following Saturday through American Holidays. Best recommendation a company can receive is repeat business.

First rate service Orlagh was smashing Personable and professional Knowledgable regarding everything associated with my holiday

Really happy with our experience booking our America trip. Ashling was really friendly and took the time to go through all the different options with us. She had great knowledge of the different areas and was able to give us some really useful advice on what would work best for our trip. We felt very well looked after throughout the booking process and are really looking forward to the trip!

Casey was professional friendly and very helpful.

Ali is very accommodating & always trying to source the best deal.

Casey was amazing to deal with she was extremely informative as I was torn between 2 destinations and once I had all information it was easier to decide. She was very responsive to any questions I had, huge bonus points for her great sense of humour!

Rachel was fantastic with arranging our holiday considering all the requirements and changes that were made during the the booking process, many thanks Rachel

Rachel was so attentive and knowledgeable about our destination.
I have had a few queries after initial booking and Rachel got straight back to me. It is comforting to know there is someone to reach out to when we are going that far away! Excited to get going, countdown is on

Amanda was really helpful from the get go, I started talking to her through the online chat which was really helpful as I got to ask her questions and she sorted out a package deal while I was working and sent it over via email, she answered all the questions I had, sent me multiple packages and then when me and my partner found our dream holiday and was happy we went ahead and booked. This was such an easy process and Amanda gave me all the details I needed. Got my confirmation quickly after we spoke. Now just excited to go! Thank u!!!

Tracy was fantastic with our booking. When you’re building a holiday up with so many different items it’s very time consuming and she covered everything with me. Absolute star.
Very informative and extremely helpful.

American holidays are a great company to deal with and holiday with and I can’t speak highly enough about them.
