Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her calm tone of voice made the entire process feel much less stressful. Curtis was extremely friendly, supportive and professional throughout the process at the Westminster branch. I received clear instructions, guidance and personalized feedback, with clarifications when needed, through each stage of my visit - which put me at ease and allowed me to focus on the test parameters appropriately.
