Lying brokerage SCAM
This is a brokerage firm that lies to you to get your money then leaves you high and dry. We have several written communications and verbal audio recordings of Evan telling us our belongings would not be offloaded to another truck or warehouse. All of our stuff was in fact offloaded to a warehouse then transferred to a semi. We were guaranteed a delivery date of Monday but they didn’t arrive until Friday at 5pm. Upon arrival they said that they couldn’t bring the semi into a neighborhood and held our stuff hostage and demanded that if we pay an additional $1500 they would rent a uhaul to transfer the things from the semi and bring to our house. American Dream Relocation refused to address any of it even when sending the proof that they lied to get our business. Do not trust them and do not use them for your move unless you have deep pockets and don’t need your belongings for a while.

While we strive to be as transparent as possible throughout the moving process, we would like to clarify that our contract does state that shipments may be transferred between multiple trucks or temporarily stored in a warehouse as part of standard logistics for long-distance moves. We understand that this may not have been made clear enough during your initial conversations, and we apologize if that led to any confusion.
Regarding the additional cost for shuttle service, we recognize how frustrating this must have been. In some residential areas, local access restrictions prevent large semi-trucks from entering, and in such cases, a smaller vehicle is required to complete the delivery. These situations can result in additional fees, which are also outlined in the contract, but we understand that they can still feel unexpected and inconvenient.
That said, we take your feedback seriously, especially concerning the communication you received from our team. If you have documentation or recordings you’d like us to review, we would be happy to take another look. I discovered that three "Kitchen"…
I discovered that three "Kitchen" containers were missing when I unloaded. My expensive kitchenware and some other treasured goods were in these cartons. The company insisted that the shipment had been finished when I got in touch with them. They even went so far as to accuse me of being responsible for the missing boxes. I've never been more disappointed by a service in my life.

In addition to having strange wrinkles and some grease marks, my rugs were rolled up without any protection. Although it appears that they dragged them down the street, I'm not positive.

My belongings were pickup from my home…
My belongings were pickup from my home in Maryland on 5/26/25 and I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive to Louisiana. Today is 6/1/25. I've been on hold on for 6 minutes now waiting from a representative to provide updates. Very poor customer service. The last two times I called American Dream Relocation, the representatives stated that my belongings was in a warehouse in New Jersey, waiting on a driver. Very disappointed in this company! As I end this review note, I am still on hold, waiting for someone to pick up the call.

RUN! Horrible. Incredibly unprofessional. They sell you and then once they have your money, they pass you off and treat you like garbage. Stay away!!! I absolutely am a real customer, I was recently married. I cannot caution you all enough. Do not trust your precious belongings to these people!!!
