Placed an order on 24th September & still not arrived, no communication except automated emails saying they have sent out a large backlog or orders. Wish I had read the reviews before, disgusting!

I paid extra for next day delivery… it has been nearly two weeks since the order was placed. I’ve attempted to contact the company regarding a refund but received two responses asking me to be patient,

Have used this place from probably 2022, even used them in July this year and not had an issue, orders arrived on time etc, no problems.

Ordered about 6 days ago for next day delivery and nothing, and looking at the influx of recent reviews it's not looking promising. Recieved the same generic email back that they are working through a back log, this has never happened in the 3 years I have been using them, also the website was down for probably about a week for improvements etc, so they weren't taking orders during that time. If anything if the website is down surely you would catch up on orders then as no new ones would be coming in? Spent around £67 and it's looking unlikely order will arrive. Have had to go elsewhere.

Scam never received my order!

Still waiting for my parcel and its been 2 weeks now.

Like every other review, I have also fallen victim to these scammers!! Please do NOT order anything from this company. They take your money and don't send anything. Communication is zero.

Ordered product on the 19th of September paid extra for next day delivery and on the 6th of October still no order received.

The customer service is terrible keep asking for update and all the say is large batches have been sent out with no timeframe of delivery at all and when I ask for tracking info they don’t reply.

This is a scam company don’t order from them ever as they take your money and don’t provide products.

Like the majority of reviews, I also have been duped.
Paid for my order, received the confirmation & expected delivery within 48hrs tracked by Royal Mail on 19th September.
Emailed on 29th as still nothing showed on my Shop app; got a poorly worded automated response back.
Emailed again 3 days later, nothing in return.
Emailed again tonight asking to cancel and refund my order to receive the same poorly worded automated response as the first time I emailed.

Have now had to contact my bank to say it’s been a scam and hopefully get my money back.

Ordered two weeks ago and as of yet, no item received. It said 48 hours postage but after the time passed I assumed it was coming from actual America but no, their shop is in Suffolk. Unfortunately I paid by my debit card so no refund for me. I guess I’ve lost the money but saved on the pounds on my weight.

Ordered on the 25th August and now the 04th October and still not received my items, sent a few emails asking for an updated about what's happening and get nothing but a automated reply.

Very poor, they basically take your money and don’t send out the goods!
Reported them to Action Fraud, Suffolk Police, Facebook, The Shop App and every other place that these charlatans advertise on.
Sent lots of emails asking what’s happening, just got the same out of office reply claiming they “had sent out lots of orders” (lies)! I even emailed them asking if they wanted to buy some magic beans and I received the same out of office reply claiming they had “sent out lots of orders” more lies!
AVOID THESE LOT LIKE THE PLAQUE!!

Would give minus if I could. Ordered on Sept 8th, never received it. Emailed 3 times received auto response back. Luckily paid through PayPal so disputed with them and received a refund.

They deleted their webaite after I sent the money. No email replies.

Daughter has made purchase with her pocket money and it’s not been despatched.
This was over two weeks ago. No contact, no delay message. No reply to emails. Now I see their website is “updating” !!!!
Really disappointed.

PLEASE AVOID!!

I've not had my items delivered after 3 weeks. I've emailed 4 times and have been ignored. I will have to raise it with my bank to get my money back. I'm writing this as a warning to others. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Placed order last 24/09/2025 and it still hasn't been shipped my son is devastated as it states 48 hours on the website so I emailed and all I got was they are going through backdated orders please be patient

Ordered a £70 order on the 1st of September and still not received it.
They have ignored my emails and there is no tracking available.
At the present time there is no website and the phone number is unavailable.
COMPANY IS A SCAM
DO NOT ORDER

My item has still not arrived, supplier is refusing to respond to me & im currently awaiting the 30 day threshold so I can request a refund from shopify.
