Hello Cinthia, We never received any orders from you as we do not ship to the US. We are also unable to find you in our database as a customer. If you tried to place an order, please do send us images of your order or transaction at online@americanbeauty.com.au so that we could investigate this further.
Edit : Hi Cinthia, we waited for your response, but you have not replied us back. As we have mentioned before, you never ordered anything from us and we could not find you in our orders or customers list. Also, our customers get an automatic invitation, in your case you gave us an organic review. Moreover, we do not take orders from overseas and our system will not allow you to place an order from the US.
If you could share your details or contact us, we could figure out a solution, if there was any order in the first place.

This is my new fav store . They have so many products and they have some great specials . I could spend hours there, which I have already lol . A few weeks ago while shopping at ABS I came across a little mystery gift among the little bits and pieces I was looking through. There was a little pack and on it the message read. (Thank you for your purchase as a thank you this is a free gift for you) I thought perhaps it was a mistake. I took it to the counter with my other goodies and yes it was for free . Wow it was my lucky day . Inside was a carbide barrel drill bit the value around $25 . How awesome is ABS. Thank you so much . So there you go it pays to take the time to look as you never know what you could find . The lady's at the front counter are always helpful and so kind. When I pre order online my products are ready to a pick up within the hour . Great service ABS.

Ibd products are not the same colour as advertised. It also needs lots of coats. Very deceiving!
