This company is a scam. They work with other Lifeline companies, which now share and open accounts without authorization or letting you know that your service is disconnected. The Lifeline is in with it. They get the money to distribute for each account. Where there was once a 30 day period, they now allow multiple changes in a day. Billing multiple times the government for one account, daily. It's an insane inside scam, the has no accountability. And the FCC fraud reports they supposedly file, out of over 30, including some filed directly, nothing is being done. And you wonder why the eyes are on government agencies that suppose to assist the public, is now a security threat.

The very bad customer service phone is always not working. They tell you to wait till midnight.Get your phone to be off for 2 days this American assistance is the worst cell free surface on the market.

very poor customer service , i didn,t use my data , the phone was not working . they said someone used it , i asked them to check the history , the guy never listen , he keep talking , when i asked to talk to a manager , he refused . can you imagine a twenty years old from oversea , who speak Asian English wants to help 63 years old man . i asked him if i can have any customer service from the U.S.A . he refused again . This is regarding cell phone service. Somehow i got signed up with this company illegally because it wasn't me that signed up. My current cell phone was disconnected and my account was reestablished here. No help was offered by neither company and they both claim that they have no fraud department. How can someone disconnect your account, change your number and service provider and address but yet there's nothing you can do..W T F how does this make sense? I believe the arabs in the customer service department might have something to do with this but that's only a theory, don't quote me! I'll update once i learn the truth about how this happened.

Poor coverage life line company out of Ohio. The free phone they give you looks cool. But mine was defective as people could not hear me on the phone. They should have sent me a basic phone out since their service sucks in my area. Its a 3G area with their network here. They sent me a 4G Android phone which was a dumb move.
