We were given an appointment the day after we initially called, and the knowledgeable technician arrived as scheduled. He fixed the problem at that visit.

We received a phone call from Carl…
We received a phone call from Carl asking why we only gave a 5 in our first review. I said it was because I felt the bill was extremely high for the work you did. Carl got back to me and said there is nothing they could do for me.....so what would you like? A higher star rating for that service?? This is the reason for only 1 star.

I interviewed several security companies and found American Alarm to be by far the most experienced and trusted by the industry. I really appreciated how they set clear expectations and were very communicative and professional throughout.
American Alarm worked with us to come up with creative solutions to pass rigorous standards set by the MA Cannabis Commission to secure our production facility. I've since met other cannabis operators who said that they regretted not working with American Alarm. Andy, our System Designer, followed the progress of our build and evolving security needs closely, and during our final licensing inspection, he even drove two hours to attend the inspection and help answer questions. We couldn't have asked for a better security team!
